Description
ч.: 100 Эпоксидна смола 1ОО-2бЬ Гидролизованный нтарь .5-7 Полиэтил енполи амин 1ОО-15О Касторовое масло Поверхнос тно-ак тивное 2О-ЗО вещество Гидролизованный нтарь получают обаботкой нтар в растворе калиевой ше-The invention is fireproof in obtaining foamed plastics, which can be used as heat and sound insulating materials, as well as potting compounds in radio electronics, electrical engineering and other industries. A known composition for the preparation of a foam, comprising an epoxy resin and a foaming curing agent, in which ntar Ij is used. The composition has a low mechanical strength and brittleness. Closest to the present invention is a composition for the preparation of foam plastic, including, by weight, part: epoxy resin 10O, foaming-curing agent based on amber 200-ZOO, polyethylene amine 5-7, castor oil SO2OO and surface-active species 20-30 2J . The disadvantage of the composition is low mechanical strength, as well as opacity, which makes it difficult to repair blocks of electronic and other equipment. The purpose of the invention is to increase the mechanical strength and transparency of the resulting foam. The goal is achieved by the fact that the composition for producing an epoxy resin-based foam, including an epoxy resin, a puffing-curing agent based on amber and polyethylene polyamine, castor oil and a surfactant, contains an hydrate ntar as amber with the following component ratio, wt. including: 100 Epoxy resin 1OO-2b Hydrolyzed ntar .5-7 Polyethyl enpoly amine 1OO-15O Castor oil Surface-active 2O-ZO substance Hydrolyzed ntar get both nt in a solution of feces icy sheepskin
I.The properties of ntpar and hydrolyzed ngar are given in gabl. I.
The composition is prepared as follows.
The mixture of plasticizer, surfactant and amine is carefully moved. Finely ground hydrolyzed ntar and poxid L mol are then added. The whole mass is thoroughly mixed. The curing reaction takes place during 5 hours. During the curing process, the whole mass foams and the epoxy groups disappear, which are monitored using IR spectra along the absorption band of 92 O cm.
