Установка дп  приготовлешет корма с0держиг измельчитель I грубых кормов, подсоединенный посредсгвом бункера-накопигел  2 и гранспоргера 3 к смесителю-запарнику 4. С последним также соединен дозатор 5 концентратов.Смеситель™ запарник 4 сктабжен теплообменником 6 и имеет водоподающую трубу 7 и парораспределитель 8, причем лопасти 9 ме шалки смесител -напарника 4 вьшолнены в виде усеченных трехгранных пирамид, а крышка Ю его выгрузной горловшгы имеет овальную форму и снабжена уплопштелем tl. К водоподающей смесител -запарника 4 подсоединены посредством насосов 12 агрегаты; дл  при готовлешю дрожжевого молока- 13 и раствора ферментных препаратов 14, а к парораспределителю 8 смесител  за парника 4 подсоединена вoздyxoдJвкa 15 На выходе смесител -запарника 4 последовательно установлены сушилка 16 и гранул тор кормов 17, причем сушилка 16 соединена со смесителем-запарником посредством транспортера 18, Установку дл  пр1п отовлени  корма используют следующим образом. Измельченные грубые корма подаютс  в б тпсер-накопитель 2, а затем по транспортеру 3 они поступают в смесительзапарник 4. Одновременно с sTHvS в сме ситель-запарник 4 по трубе 7 подают воду и пар по парораспределителю 8 и из дозатора 5 концентраты.
