Description
(54) CHLORELLE PROCESSING METHOD
FIELD: feed production. There are known methods for the production of feed microalgae, including growing them on the corresponding sub-plants (manure, peat or wood hydrolyzate, etc.) with the subsequent preparation of a liquid suspension. Sometimes the suspension is centrifuged and a pass is obtained that is added to the feed tl. But the poor digestibility of microbial plants is one of the reasons for their low biological value and feed quality. The quality of such non-specific feeds due to the lack of simple and accessible methods is suggested to be assessed by the dry matter content. and some other components that do not reveal their biological usefulness. Therefore, there is always a discrepancy between the data obtained by chemical analysis and feeding of biomass to agricultural animals, which has a negative effect on the development of the production of such types of feed. There is a method of improving the quality of feed microalgae by exposing them to enzyme preparations to increase their digestibility of C2}. The disadvantage of this method is the lack of a sufficient number of appropriate enzyme preparations. In addition, the very use of them requires additional expenditure of funds, effort, time and does not always give a positive effect, especially when there are anti-enzymes in the feed. A known method of processing chlorella by thermal action in the gas-liquid phase for 2 minutes. The disadvantage of this method is the low nutritional value and digestibility of the resulting product.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the digestibility and nutritional value of chlorella.
To achieve this goal, heat treatment of chlorella is carried out in the liquid phase at 98-100 ° C for 2-3 hours with periodic mixing.
Example 1. One-cell microalga-chlorella is taken in liquid or pasty form (the latter is diluted to a liquid state, placed in a metal enamelled vessel, the temperature of the medium is brought to 90-100 ° C and maintained for 2-3 hours with occasional stirring. 0.01 The obtained results indicate an increase in the biological value of chlorella by boiling it for 3 hours almost 2 times. Example 2. The addition of degraded biomass of chlorella to cereal protein in optimal amounts of 10-15 increases the biological value of cereal protein by 50-60, which is equal to the saving of grain protein by 0-50. Example 3. The addition of measles of chlorella destruktat to measles in an amount of 3-5% by weight of feed or 11161 for protein significantly increases the average daily weight gain of experienced pigs by 12.9 (, 05) while the same whole, non-destructed irradiated biomass is cooled to room temperature. temperatures, tested for biological value and added to animal feed.
The resulting destruktat is fed to laboratory animals (rat lifters) in a balanced composition of all ingredients of the diet (10% protein is completely due to the algae and the amount of energy lOO - IO g dry matter ration).
The table shows the indicators of the biological value of algae, processed by the proposed and known methods.
