Description

The subject of the invention is a method for the production of fodder yeast using a mixture of pollen bards of alcohol factories and agricultural waste gilrolizates.

The known methods of obtaining fodder yeast using the seotop farm waste setox hydrate as the main raw material are associated with a significant consumption of sulfuric acid and do not provide high yields of yeast.

The peculiarity of the described method is that, in order to use the raw material more completely and save the acid, acidification of the dry stillage to pH 3.8-4.5 is not done by acid, but by acid hydrolyzate taken in quantity. according to the calculation.

The practical implementation of the described method is carried out as follows.

To increase the profitability of fodder yeast production, a hydrolyzate of agricultural waste (corncobs, husks, straw, etc.) is added to the factory bard (distillery waste) in such a quantity that the content of pentoses and hexoses in the factory bard is not less than 1.5 -2 ,. Consumption of plant mass will be 3-4% or more by weight of bards, depending on the desired concentration of sugar in the culture fluid. Pentose-hexose hydrolysis of plant waste is recommended to be produced with the same sulfuric acid, which is usually consumed to acidify the dry stillage to a pH of 3.8-4.5. The hydrolysis is carried out in autoclaves under a regime that provides the necessary ratio of pentoses and hexoses.

Кислый гидролизат смешиваетс  с бардой, чем и достигаетс  подкиачение ее до соответствующего значени  рН, оптимального дл  выращивани  биомассы дрожжеподобных микроорганизмовСмесь барды и гидролизатов позвол ет получить весьма благопри тную дл  развити  дрожжеподатных микроорганизмов среду, что не№ 124901The acidic hydrolyzate is mixed with barda, and this is achieved by pinging it to an appropriate pH value that is optimal for growing the biomass of yeast-like microorganisms. The mixture of bards and hydrolyzates allows us to obtain a medium that is favorable for the development of yeast-rich microorganisms, which is no. 124901

Will doubtlessly increase the efficiency of using both bards and hydrolyzates, compared to their separate use for the same purposes.

Depending on the quality of the hydrolyzable material and the amount of sugar added in the bard with the hydrolyzate, the yield of yeast mass, according to the author, will increase by 4-5 times compared with the usual method of growing yeast on a clean, undiluted and diluted bard.

Subject invention

The method of production of fodder yeast using a mixture of stillage distillery of distilleries and hydrolyzates of agricultural wastes, characterized in that, in order to more fully utilize the raw material and save acid, acidification of patone sulphate to pH 3.8-4.5 is not produced by acid, but acid hydrolyzate, taken in an amount corresponding to the calculation.
