Description
Помимо указанных свойств Bacillus mucilaginosus обладают не менее важной и денной способностью продуцировать витамин .1g The invention relates to methods for feeding animals, in particular bodies. Animal feeding methods are known that include feeding yeast, proteins of microbial origin and other additives in their diets to improve the quality of feeds U and 121. However, the additives used are expensive and not complete. the needs of animal husbandry are met to a minimum. A method of feeding animals is known, according to which they are fed silage with a lactic acid bacteria culture added to it at the silage stage — Bacillus coagulans 3. ACH in the presence of a good ability to inhibit putrefactive microform that allows to improve digestion and absorption of nutrients. Bacillus coagulans does not have the ability to increase the resistant forces of the organism of animals. Besides. Bacillus coagulans are quite demanding on the nutrient medium, which complicates the conditions of its reproduction, and also has limitations for feeding animals. The purpose of the invention is to improve the growth of bodies and feed savings. This goal is achieved by a method that includes the addition of Bacillus mucila- ginosus biomass to the ration of calves in an amount of 0.15-0.5 g per kg of animal weight twice a day. Bacullvis mucilaginosus - mucous membranes with a complex of valuable biological properties. By chemical composition, they contain 65% protein, consisting of 17 amino acids (lysine and leucine 16%, arginine and valine, 7% each, glutamic acid 9%, tryptophan and tyrosine, 4% each, etc.). In addition, they include .18 mineral elements. The ability of these microorganisms to form spores in adverse conditions should be particularly emphasized. The value of this quality lies in the fact that, unlike the non-spore-forming species, they have a more powerful enzymatic apparatus, which allows one to assimilate the more stable fories of carbohydrates: fiber, lignin. In addition to these properties, Bacillus mucilaginosus have an equally important and day-long ability to produce vitamin.
One of the important factors in the characteristics of these microorganisms is that they are unpretentious to the nutrient medium and are able to multiply on the usual nitrogenous and nitrogen-free nutrient media.
В производственных услови х дл этой цели наиболее приемлемы жидкие питательные среды, приготовленные из местного сырь .Under laboratory conditions, mucosal bacilli biomass can be obtained on ordinary dense and similar nutrient media. Under production conditions, liquid nutrient media prepared from local raw materials are most suitable for this purpose.
For 1 liter of tap water, a biomass weight of 0-50 g is taken. The mixture is boiled for 20-30 minutes. Internally, the emulsion looks like milk. Such prepared milk is given to the bodies of the experimental group at the rate of 0.15-0.5 g of biomass per 1 kg of live weight. “It is more convenient to give this mixture by adding it to the milk that is included in the ration. The technique is simple and available at any host.
The results of the experiments are presented in the table.
е. (кормова единица):All conditions of maintenance, care and feeding of the bodies of the experimental and control groups were the same. A tel is provided for individual drinking of milk and giving of fodder. The silage of the bodies there was not fed in view of the high acidity. The nutritional value of the feed during the experiment is as follows. (feed unit):
Example. Bodies there at the age of 1 month with a three-fold watering with milk give biomass 2 times a day (morning and evening) in the amount of 0.15 g per kg of live weight. At the age of 1 to 3 months, when drinking milk twice a day, the following scheme of biomass addition is observed.
Перед поением кормовую добавкуc The multiplicity of giving biomass - 2 times a day. Daily dose of 1.0 g per 1 kg of live weight. Single dose - 0.5 g. Duration of feeding 3 months. Before watering feed additive
