Экономический эффект получают за счет повышени качества труб и возможности их использовани взамен более дорогих бесшовных труб, и, кроме того, за счет снижени трудозатрат при изготовлении оборудовани и его эксплуатации и снижени веса оборудовани .The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to the production of electric-welded pipes, the molding of which is carried out on continuous roller mills and can be used to improve the quality of the pipes and simplify the construction of the mill. There is a method of forming a billet, including at the preforming stage the bending of its edges with the radius of the finished pipe and the bending of the intermediate and central sections, and at the stage of final forming the bending and reduction of the workpiece. In this case, the bending of the edges at one time is usually 40-50 ° and does not exceed 60 °. The bending of the intermediate and central sections is made by a radius greater than the radius of the finished pipe. When you change the cross section from the inlet part of the mill to the output bend radius, it reduces, but not less than the radius of the finished pipe, and the length of the section bent by the radius of the finished pipe increases. Thus, at the preforming stage, i.e. before forming in closed calibers, edges and the adjacent part of the intermediate sections impart curvature with the radius of the finished pipe, and the central section and parts of the adjacent intermediate sections impart curvature with a radius of not less than 1.2 of the radius and not more than 2 of the finished radius pipe 1 However, this method is characterized by the fact that when the edges are bent with the radius of the finished pipe, even at a small angle of elongation of the longitudinal fibers of the edges are quite large, and the edge rigidity may be insufficient and the formation of g Frova. The bending of the intermediate fibers in the preforming stage leads to a decrease in the mill length. 3 since the latter are quite well molded in the process of crimping the billet in closed calibers. When bending the workpieces according to this method, its shape before final molding does not ensure effective reduction. This is due to the fact that the main deformation of the reduction takes place in the intermediate parts of the workpiece, the curvature of which is very significant, so the deformation is localized in a relatively small part of the perimeter of the workpiece. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of pipes and simplify the molding process. To achieve the goal, according to the method of forming tubular billet in open cell potassium cages, it consists in the fact that the edges of the billet, the central and intermediate sections are bent in the cells with open calibers to give an oval. the required shape is reduced and, in cages with open gauges, the edges of the billet are bent at one angle at an angle of 90, and the central and intermediate sections die at the same time, while the central portion is bent with a radius of 0.85-0.95 R, and intermediate 5-15 where I am the radius of the finished pipe. In addition, the shape of the oval of the billet obtained in the cells with open gauges is described by the equation Р r,,,, where Р "р - polar coordinates of the profile; g - profile height. The method is carried out as follows. A flat billet is set into a cage with an open gauge, where its edges with the radius of the finished pipe R are bent at one angle by an angle close to 90 °. The rest of the perimeter is also slightly bent. Then the bend is from the central part of the workpiece, which is given a curvature of radius Rj 0.85-0.95 of the radius of the finished pipe. The bending of the central part is carried out in an ejer block, the rollers of which are positioned as close as possible to each other and to the stand with an open gauge. Simultaneously with the bending of the central part of the workpiece with radius Rj, 5–15 radii of the finished pipe bend the carriageways. Thus, the preforming stage consists of bending the edges in an open-caliber drive stand and bending the central part and intermediate sections in the edger unit. Using such a bending scheme (molding), the blank is shaped like a Münger oval, rotated 90 °, the upper part of which is mentally cut, as this place is a gap between the edges of the blank. The blank having such a shape is subjected to a final one, which consists of bending and reduction blanks in the closed caliber molding mill. Intensive bending of the workpiece crm in open-caliber cells allows for high-quality shaping of the workpiece edges. KOTOpbix deformation is most effective in open-gauge cells. At the same time, although the intensive bending of the edges causes significant deformations in the extension of the longitudinal fibers of the edges, the increased rigidity of the edges due to the curvature prevents the loss or stability after leaving the cage. The bending of intermediate sections with a radius of 5-15 radii of the finished pipe allows increasing the length of effective reduction zones at the final molding stage, since their shape is close to the shape of a straight line parallel to the direction of external force. The need to bend the central part with a radius of 0.85-0.95 of the radius of the finished pipe is due to the fact that it is otherwise impossible to ensure the shape of the workpiece, in which the edges are bent with the radius of the finished pipe with an angle close to 90. The shape of the billet type oval is optimal , because. a blank of this shape has naturally formed over a large portion of the edge; the small curvature of the intermediate portions allows the distortion to be reduced from the reduction over a larger part of the perimeter than when the blank is reduced. Intermediate areas during the reduction of the billet acquire the form of a caliber, i.e. the required viscosity, since the external forces in the closing calibers act vertically, and the maximum bending moment in the cross section occurs at intermediate sites. Thus, the proposed method makes it possible to improve the quality of shaping edges, to improve the shape of the workpiece due to more efficient reduction at the final molding stage. The economic effect is obtained by improving the quality of pipes and the possibility of using them instead of more expensive seamless pipes, and, in addition, by reducing labor costs in the manufacture of equipment and its operation and reducing the weight of equipment.
