Description
The invention relates to the industry of building materials and can be used in the manufacture of products from silicate autoclaved concretes, for example, silicate bricks, in silicate wall materials plants. A known method for the manufacture of colored silicate products, including heat and moisture treatment in. autoclave and impregnation in a spray booth under pressure. Impregnated products are dried fit. The disadvantage of this method is the considerable time of drying products with high water absorption. Closest to the invention is a method of making decorative silicate products, including autoclave processing and impregnation with brightening compositions under a pressure of G2. The disadvantage of this method is that the impregnation of products with dye solutions is performed after the autoclave treatment and removal of them from the autoclave, which prevents the use of the autoclave itself and the vapor pressure for impregnating the products with dye solutions, and the use of special equipment increases the cost of the products and lengthens the cycle of their manufacture. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the time of the technological cycle of production and improve the quality of products. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of making decorative silicate products, which includes autoclaving and impregnation with dyestuffs. Under pressure, impregnation is carried out in the process of autoclave treatment at the isothermal stage. The method is carried out as follows. . Freshly molded products, such as silicate bricks, are placed in a painting bath, which is installed in an autoclave, and the pressure is raised to a predetermined value, for example, 8 9 atm (175-180 ° C). After 2-6 hours of isotop exposure, the pressure is reduced to 4-5 atm and the technological dye solution is supplied to the products through a special device. After this, the diving is again raised to 8-9 atm and the products are autoclaved for 2-4 hours, during which the products are painted. At the end of the autoclave treatment pressure
снижают до атмосферного и извлекают издели .reduce to atmospheric and remove the product.
The device for supplying dye solutions is a pressure vessel that is connected to a steam generator and a working chamber (autoclave) by pipelines with shut-off valves, an overpressure is maintained in the vessel, 1.5-2 atm higher than the pressure in the autoclave. at the moment of supplying the solution to the products. The solution is supplied to the products by opening the valve in the pipeline connecting the vessel to the working chamber (autoclave). After filing the solution. the valve is closed and the autoclave treatment continues as described above.
Molded silicate brick-raw placed in a container (for example in a metal box) and raise the vapor pressure to 8 atm. After 2-6 hours of isothermal holding, the pressure is reduced to 5 atm and a dye solution is supplied to the products through a special device. After that, the vapor pressure is raised to 8 atm and the isothermal solution is continued in the dye solution for 2 h. After isothermal holding, the solution is drained and the product is removed.
A suspension of finely dispersed chromium oxide of 20% concentration is used as a dyeing solution.
