Description
1This goal is achieved by the fact that the lubricant for the hot treatment of metals by pressure, containing water, sodium tripolyphosphate, the schedule and the product of sludging tars from the distillation of fatty acids separated from soap stock of vegetable oils or technical grease, additionally contains saponified product of microbiological toyology paoaeinsoder "The most common oil product (biojira) with the following content of components, May.%: Sodium tripolyphosphate 2 Grafit 3, the product of saponification of tar from the distillation of fatty acids extracted from soapstocks oils or technical grease 2. Washed microbiological product transformation of paraffin-containing oil product 2 Water Ost Tripol sodium phosphate forms a straight film on the metal surface, which provides the shielding properties of the lubricant. The introduction of graphite into the lubricant improves the antifriction properties of the composition, provided that it is uniformly stabilized in an aqueous lubricant. Stabilizer in the proposed lubricant is the product of saponification of tar, isolated from soap stock of vegetable oils or technical fat. Tars contain up to 20% free fatty acids, up to 50% neutral fat, and about 30% of polymerization and condensation products. Saponification of tars allows obtaining a stable suspension in aqueous solutions of sodium tripolyphosphate already at neutralization of all free fatty acids that are part of the tar. The neutral fat emulsified by the soaps obtained and the polymerisation products play the role of an additional oil lubricant, whose action in combination with graphite significantly increases the efficiency of the composition in the processes of hot deformation of metals, improves the surface quality of the products. The complete saponification of tars improves the stability of aqueous lubricant solutions, but excludes the oil component from the composition. The introduction of microbiological transformation of a paraffin-containing oil product into the lubricant of the saponified product allows, through various combinations of the latter with gudronny soaps, to ensure high stability of aqueous suspensions with high antifriction properties determined by the presence of a liquid oil phase. The product of microbiological transformation of paraffin-containing oil product contains up to 40% free fatty acids, up to 40% triglycerides and up to 20% phosphatides. In the saponification of all free fatty acids, stable suspensions are formed in an aqueous solution of sodium tripolyphosphate, in which the emulsifier is fatty acid salts and phosphatides. When combined with products of complete or partial saponification of tars, triglycerides of the product of microbiological transformation of a paraffin-containing oil product play the role of a liquid oil lubricant. In the case of combination with products of partial saponification of tars, the effectiveness of the stabilization of graphite increases dramatically due to the emulsifying action of the bio-fat phosphatides, and the bulk phase consists of triglycerides of tar and bio-fat. The lubricant is prepared by simply mixing the components. The ratio and concentration of the components in the lubricant may vary depending on the conditions of the deformation process and the properties of the metal to be deformed. In tab. 1 shows examples of the proposed lubricant (FS-5). Table 1

The washed product of microbiological transformation of paraffin containing FS-5 non-lubricating oil can be applied manually or by immersion in a lubricating bath of an instrument or workpiece. The proposed lubricant (FS-5) is tested in comparison with the lubricant based on sodium tripolyphosphate, boric acid 20, potash and tar soap, in the process of hot pressing colored g-etals on a 1500-ton hydraulic press. LOMZ alloy tubes are pressed.
