Изобретение относитс  к средствам контрол  качества неразъемных соединений в схемах электро- и радиоаппаратуры и может быть использовано дл  контрол  качества точечных сварных соединений в микросхемах. Известен способ контрол  качества сварных соединений путем измерени  третьей гармоники тока вихретокового преобразовател , взаимодействующего с ферромагнитным сварным соеди нением л J. Однако достоверность контрол  точечных сварных соединений в неферромагнитных материалах недостаточна  из-за трудностей при локализации .пол  вихретокового преобразовател  в зоне точечной сварки. Наиболее близким по технической сущности к предлага;емому  вл етс  способ контрол  качества сварного со динени  в микросхеме, заключанлцийс  в том, что через контролируемое, соединение пропускают ток от источни- ка синусоидального тока и измер ют падение напр жени  от третьей гармоники зтого тока 2J. Однако достоверность контрол  этим способом недостаточна, так как вышеуказанные операции производ т в статике. Цель изобретени  - повышение достоверности контрол  и прогнозировани  качества соединени  во времени. Эта цель достигаетс  тем, что к контролируемому соединению прикладывают калиброванную нагрузку отрыва , регистрируют изменение падени  напр жени  и путем сравнени  его с заранее заданным значением определ ют стабильность качества соединени . На чертеже представлено устройство , реализующее предлагаемый способ .
