Description
(54) SCRAPER CONVEYOR TRADING ORGAN
This invention relates to scraper conveyors, namely to the design of the conveyor conveyor body. According to the main author. St. No. 688385 are known traction bodies of the scraper conveyor, including round-link chain segments, scrapers, C-shaped connecting links with open legs, locking elements in the form of bolts with nuts and washers and a stepped pin to prevent the coupling link from becoming unstable relative to the scraper, inserted parallel to the bolt in the scraper with its middle thickened part and covered by the open legs of the connecting 3jBeHa with the help of grooves made at the ends of the legs into which the end parts of the pinch are inserted with their end faces 1. This traction body relatively easily and reliably solves the problem of eliminating the unsteadiness of the connecting link with respect to the scraper, and also solves the problem of unloading the connecting bolt from shearing (shearing and bending forces) and at the same time preserves the advantages double-chain traction organs with round-link chain. However, this traction body has the disadvantage that, as a result of the openness of the legs of the connecting link, the connecting bolts are subjected to large tensile forces and, in the course of operation, are stretched, deformed and go out of order. At the same time, as well as as a result of self-unscrewing of the bolts, the connecting link begins to work as opened, its strength significantly decreases and under the influence of cyclic loads it quickly goes out of operation at much lower loads than in the case of a closed link. In this case, the actual breaking strength of the traction organ as a whole is significantly reduced, its reliability and durability are reduced. This disadvantage is the cause of a significant amount of downtime of the scraper conveyors and lavas associated with the gusting pull of the body as a result of the destruction of the connecting link. In order to compensate for this drawback and achieve equal strength of the connecting link with the round link link chain, they are costly due to the use of expensive scarce materials for the manufacture of connecting links and the complicated technology of their production and heat treatment, and sometimes even an artificial increase in the size of connecting links. due to a corresponding reduction in their schaga compared with the pitch of round links of round link chains. However, such a measure only slightly strengthens the connecting link under static loading, but significantly degrades the geometric and dynamic parameters of engagement of the chain with asterisks and ultimately reduces the reliability and durability of both the traction body and the asterisks of the conveyor drive.
The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of the device due to the power closure of the open legs of the connecting link, unloading the connecting bolt from tensile forces and prevent its deformation.
To achieve this goal, the stepped support element is provided with protrusions at the ends to cover the open legs of the connecting link.
2.FIG. 1 shows a general view of a traction body; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 shows a section BB in FIG. 2
4.The scraper conveyor body includes segments of the round link chain 1 interconnected by C-shaped connecting links 2 with open legs 3. A stepped element 5 is inserted into the hole in the scraper 4, which with its thickened part b is fixed in the opening of the scraper 4. The connecting link 2 a scraper 4 is inserted in such a way that the grooves 7 made at the ends of the open legs 3 encompass the thinned parts of the 8-step element 5; at the same time, the ends of the slots 7 abut against the thinned parts 8 of the stepped element 5, and the heads (projections) 9 of the stepped element 5 cover the outer sides 10 of the open legs 3 of the connecting link 2, thus closing the connecting link. The locking element is a bolt 11 with a nut 12 and a washer 13, threaded into the holes made in the legs 3 and the scraper 4.
В процессе работы т говое усилие в цепи 1, действующее на соединительное звено 2, через разомкнутые ножки 3 передаетс на головки 9 ступенчатого элемента 5; при этом действующие усили на болт 11 значительно уменьщаютс (без учета усили During operation, the pulling force in the chain 1 acting on the connecting link 2 is transmitted through the open legs 3 to the heads 9 of the stepped element 5; however, the acting forces on the bolt 11 are significantly reduced (without taking into account the effort
Thus, in the assembled traction unit, the open connecting links 2 due to the presence of the heads 9 of the step member 5 become closed in the process of operation, due to which the strength of the connecting link increases significantly.
The application of the invention allows to increase the breaking strength, reliability and durability of the traction body of the scraper conveyors and reduce downtime of the conveyors along
