Description
The known methods of interfacing the negative-retouching retouching used in the manufacture of printed forms of topographic maps are a complex and time-consuming production process.
The described method of splitting retouching of negatives for printing topographic maps allows to reduce the work of splitting retouching by successively eliminating the elements of dissection and judging the retouching directly on the original negative.
This method is as follows.
The first option: photographing is made with a prism from the original, received in the publication, they produce one wet-negative negative, from which they make a copy on a clean pit-film or organic glass, or on an astrolone using a staining method. The wet colloidal negative is then covered with rubber and colloid solutions and retouched under the contour. At the end of the retouching, the contour is corrected and corrected. From the corrected negative contact, they make a copy of the retouched contour elements on a clean nitro film, or on organic glass, or on astrolone using the staining method. After that, the contour elements, retouched at the wet-collar negative, are painted over with a fat dye, and the retoucher paint is washed off with water. As a result, after washing the retouching paint on the negative, only 2 map elements will be opened - relief and hydrography. (The contour elements will be colored with a fat dye.)
После смывки, краски на негативе остаетс неокрашенным только один элемент карты-- гидрографи .Further, the negative is retouched under the element of the map that is the least time consuming (for example, relief). At the end of the retouching, they make a copy of the retouched object on a clean film, or on organic glass, or on an astrolope using a staining method. Further, the elements of the retouched object (relief) are stained with a fat dye, and the retouching ink is washed off with water. After washing, the ink on the negative remains unpainted only one element of the map - hydrography.
По окончании следующей операции технической ретуши изготовл ют копию отретушированного предмета на чистой нитропленке, или на органическом стекле, или на астролоне методом окрашивани .At the end of the next technical retouching operation, a copy of the retouched object is made on clean nitrofilm, or on organic glass, or on astrolone by staining.
This is where the retouching retouch ends. Thus, for each element of the art (contour, relief, hydrography), separate negatives will be made, from which the printing forms are made in a chromoalbumin manner.
Второй вариант отличаетс от первого тем, что фотографирование производитс без призмы и в расчленительную ретушь передаетс промежуточный негатив, специально изготовленный дл ретуши, с мокроколлодионного негатива на органическом стекле или на астролоне методом окрашивани .The second variant differs from the first one in that the photographing is done without a prism and an intermediate negative specially made for retouching is transferred to the split retouch from the wet-colloidal negative on organic glass or on astrolone using the staining method.
или на органическом стекле, или на астролоне методом окрашивани .The technological process in this variant is composed of the following operations. From the original, received in the publication, one mock-collodion negative is produced, from which a negative is produced on organic glass or on astrolone by means of a contact method using the staining method. Then this negative is retouched in such a sequence and in the same ways as in the first embodiment. Copies of the map elements are made on a clear film, or on organic glass, or on an astrolone using the staining method.
The second option is more beneficial because photographing without a prism is less complicated than with a prism, and, moreover, the surface film on the negative obtained by the staining method is more durable than the collodion film on the wet collodion negative.
Subject invention
The method of splitting retouching negatives for printing topographic maps, characterized in that, in order to successively exclude map elements, splitting retouching is performed on the original negative with sequential blackening of the splitting elements after contact copying onto film.
