Известен способ изготовлени  тонкостенных деталей переменного сечени  путем выт жки листовых заготовок. На чертеже показана конструкци  штампа, где / - ползун пресса, 2 - пуансон, 5 - оправка, 4 - заготовка, 5 - матрица, 6 - выталкиватель , 7 - стол пресса.The drawing shows the design of the stamp, where / is the press slider, 2 is the punch, 5 is the mandrel, 4 is the workpiece, 5 is the die, 6 is the ejector, 7 is the press table.

Принцип действи  описанного штампа состоит в том, что при ходе ползуна вниз оправка становитс  в крайнее полох ение, ограниченное выталкивателем. При дальнейшем ходе ползуна пуансон давит на заготовку , заставл   последнюю течь в зазор между матрицей и оправкой и образовывать деталь заданной формы.The principle of the described stamp is that when the slide is moved down the mandrel becomes extremely polished, limited by the ejector.
