Изобретение относитс к переработке полимерных материалов и предназначено дл использовани в черв чно-дисковых и дисковых экструдер а также выдувных агрегатах, литьевы машинах с дисковыми пластикаторами. Известен черв чно-дисковый экстРУДер дл переработки полимерных материалов, содержащий корпус, в ко торсм установлен черв к, соединенны с диском., образующим с корпусом регулируемый рабочий зазор I. Недостаток экструдера заключаетс в невысокой степени пластикации материала из-за наличи одного рабо чего зазора. Наиболее близким по технической сущности к предлагаемому вл етс черв чно-днсковый экструдер дл переработки полимерных материалов, со держащий корпус, в котором установлен черв к, соединенный с диском, образующим с корпусом два рабочих зазора 2}. Недостаток экструдера - невозможность регулировани величины рабочих зазоров, что ограничивает диа пазон перерабатываемых материашов и отрицательно сказываетс на проце се пластификации. Цель изобретени - расширение диапазона перерабатываемых материалов за счет регулировани величины рабочих зазоров. Указанна цепь достигаетс тем, что в черв чно-дисковс экструдере дл переработки полимерных материалов , содержащем корпус, в котором установлен черв к, соединенный с диском , образующим с корпусом два рабочих зазора,диск выполнен составным из двух соосно расположенных кольцеобразных элементов, соединенных гибкой оболочзсой, причем каждый кольцеобразный элемент снабжен индивидуальным приводом осевого перемещени .
