Изобретение относитс  к области полимерного машиностроени  и предназначено дл  использовани  при переработке различных композиций на ос нове полимерных материсшов, требующих высокой степени смешени . Известен дисково-черв чный экстру дер дл  переработки полимерных материалов , содержащий вращающийс  диск и жестко соединенный с ним черв к дл повышени  давлени  экструзии 1. Недостатком устройства  вл етс  невысокое качество смешени  перерабатываемых материалов и неравномерный выход экструдата, привод щий к неустойчивости процесса экструзии. Наиболее близким по технической сущности  вл етс  дисково-черв чный экструдер дл  переработки полимерных материалов, содержащий корпус с загрузочным и экструзионным отверсти ми , внутри которого соосно установлены полый диск и черв к с независимыми приводами вращени  2. Этот экструдер несколько повышае устойчивость процесса экструзии, но качество смешени  материала в нем остаетс невысокое из-за отсутстви вторичных потоков расплавленных пол меров, интенсифицирующих процесс смешени . Цель изобретени  - повышение качества смешени  материала и обеспечение устойчивости процесса экструзии. Указанна  цель достигаетс  тем, что экструдер снабжен смонтированной в полости диска снаружи черв ка неподвижной втулкой с кольцевой проточкой , в которой размещены первые витки черв ка. На чертеже показан предлагаемый экструдер. Дисково-черв чный экструдер содержит корпус 1 с загрузочньм отверстием 2 и экструзионньм отверстием 3, внутри- -которого соосно установлены полый диск 4 и черв к 5 с независимыми приводами вращени  (на чертеже не показаны ) . В полости диска 4 снаружи черв ка 5 смонтирована неподвижна  втулка 6 с кольцевой проточкой 7, в которой размещены начальные витки 8 черв ка 5. Работа экструдера заключаетс  в следующем. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the mixing of the material and ensure the sustainability of the extrusion process. This goal is achieved by the fact that the extruder is equipped with a fixed sleeve with an annular groove mounted in the disk cavity outside the screw and in which the first turns of the screw are placed. The disk-worm extruder comprises a housing 1 with a loading opening 2 and an extrusion opening 3, inside which the hollow disk 4 is coaxially mounted and the worm 5 with independent rotational drives (not shown).
