Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate production of every plate-form lens array and make it possible to mold it with a uniform precision throughout the lengthwise direction, by constituting plural plate-form lens arrays so that they can be connected freely in the longitudinal direction and making it possible to adjust the lens array length.
CONSTITUTION: Respective lens arrays 10... are produced by molding plastic such as acrylic resin with a mold or pressing glass materials. Protruded bodies 19 are provided in both sides of lens array 10, and both plate-form arrays 10 and 10 are connected by engaging the engaging protrusion 20 of one array 10 engaging groove 21 of the other, and the lens array length can be adjusted. Since it is unnecessary to prolong single plate-form lens array 10, production is easy, and it can be molded with a uniform precision throughout the lengthwise direction.
