Description
Both in the prehydroliae process and in the process of cooking with active sludge, its hydrolysis occurs to low molecular weight amino acids, which allows FULLY to transfer the activated sludge into solution. In addition, the appearance of the nitrogen and phosphorus compounds in the cooking system of the gas allows the consumption of these substances to be cleaned by the environmental purification of effluent. The invention has been tested in a laboratory. Example 1. For research, a system of autoclaves made of acid-resistant stelk is used, which allows laboratory conditions 1 to be used to model the technological mode implemented at the Baikal PPM. An autoclave is charged with .140 g air: dry pine chips, pumped water heated to 65 ° C, raises the temperature from 60 to 120 m, then stands at 17 C-C for 100 missions, Gil, romodule 1: 4 , The consumption of active alkali .19.5% in units of Ma, 20, sulfide does not exceed 30%. Cooking is carried out according to the following mode: impregnation with lye at 135 ° C for 30 minutes, melt the temperature from. d 60 min, - the duration of stonnc on. G70 ° C is 60 min. The main indicators of the obtained pulp, some process parameters and industrial effluent analysis of the prize e E table. 1, Example 2, Pre-hydrolysis and cooking are carried out according to schedule, resulting from Nb-i in example 1. Pre-hydrolysis is carried out in an aqueous solution of activated sludge with a concentration of 5 g / l. At the end of the prehydrolysis, the hydrolysis is removed (about 70%) and directed az. biochemical processing. Cooking is carried out in the medium of an act of sludge in the pre-hydrolyzed chips. The indicator55 of the obtained LOSA value, some process parameters and industrial waste analysis are presented in Table 1. EXAMPLE 3. Measurement. Pre-hydrolysis to cooking is carried out according to drive S3 of Example 1. Pre-hydrolysis is carried out in an aqueous solution of activated sludge with a concentration of 5 g / l, about 70% of the pre-diluted is taken. The cooking solution is prepared on a water solution of activated sludge with a radia tion of 5 g / l. The content of active alkali and sulphidity are the same as in example 1. The parameters of the obtained product, some process parameters and the analysis of effluent are given in Table 1. Example 4. The prehydrolysis and cooking was carried out according to the regimes described in Example 1. The prehydrolysis was carried out in a water activated sludge with a concentration of 10 g / l. The indicators of the obtained product, some process parameters, the analysis of industrial wastes are given in table, 1. It follows from the table that the use of biological sludge systems for industrial pulp and paper pulping with a concentration of 5 g / l and 10 g / l on the predgdroli and cooking of activated sludge makes it possible to obtain cellulose for chemical processing in terms of quality not inferior to cellulose obtained in a known manner. Unbelised cellulose, obtained by predlagg. the method after bleaching it according to the helium pulping scheme of the Baikal pulp and paper mill. It provides a high reactivity of bleached pulp, which is beneficial for its processing into staple fiber (ha 6l). At the same time, the problem of disposing of the active nla is solved, since, both in the process of prehydrogenase and in the process of cooking actnyl or polyson. In addition, the process of prehydrolysis and cooking in active Li8 reduces fresh water consumption and partially solves the problem of implementing a closed loop water system in the system of hydroelectric cooking - biological waste water system Isparantine and active carbon reduces the size of the mask, and the body will reduce the size of the mask, the frame will reduce the size of the box, and the unit will reduce the size of the unit and will put the unit in place. that is explained by the appearance of the B system of nyagoglobal molecules of pn-f amino acids, the products of hydrolysis of activated sludge. The introduction of activated sludge at the stage of pre-shrsnza- contributes to the enrichment of the substrate with amyokmslot, vitamins of group B S5 with microelements, and also contributes to an increase in the yield of yeast from RVs by 12-22% and protein in average by 20%. Results of yeast growth Candida scottii Tul. -I on the inverted prehydrolyzer containing additives of activated sludge, as well as the yield of PB, d | 5 burn and protein in terms of 1 ton of raw material (with module; selection of predolizat-2,6) are presented in table 2. From Table 2, it follows that in the case of the introduction of active sludge on the Prehydrolysis with a concentration of 2.5-9.1 g / l, the RV content decreases (due to the interaction of the aldehyde groups of sugars with amino groups) as compared to the counterQlef4 by 27-35%, but the yield of yeast to the protein content in them increases. An analysis of the oxidation of the obtained liquors and hydolyeate showed that the process of their biooxidation proceeds with greater speed and more stably, with a lower consumption of salts of nitrogen and phosphorus and without additional oxygen, which leads to a decrease in the cost of the biological stage of purification.
The time required to complete the preparation of such liquor is practically the same as the time required for the wear process.
1.Data on the oxidation of drolieate and lye, the composition of their organic and mineral parts, and the COD and BOD are presented in Table 1.
The use of the invention in industry is planned for the Baikal pulp and paper mill and the Bratsk timber industry complex.
The expected exonomic effect of the implementation of the invention is 500 thousand rubles. in year.
