Description
(54) CHARGE FOR PRODUCTION OF REFRACTORIES
Кроме того, при нагревании изделий на хромфосфатной св зке пр исходит химическое взаимодействие ее с частицами корунда, шамота и гл ны, что также определ ет повышение термос тойкости и прочности материал Это взаимодействие усиливаетс благодар большей склонности частиц{The invention relates to refractory industry and can be used to produce heat-resistant refractory products, such as droplets, used to bake products and materials in order to protect them from the external environment. Known charge DI for the manufacture of refractories, including, wt.%: Mullite15-30 Corundum35-60 Alumina25-35 The disadvantage of this mixture is the low temperature resistance of the products, as well as the use of synthetic mullite, the production of which is not limited. The closest to the one proposed is PTHT for the manufacture of fire stops containing, in wt.%: Electrocorundum 65-75t refractory clay 10 pyumochromophosphate t bond 15-20 C2 The disadvantage of this mixture is low heat resistance - 50 heat cycles (air). . The goal is achieved by the fact that the charge for the manufacture of refractory materials, including corundum-containing component, refractory clay and chromophosphate or aluminum-chromophosphate, as corundum-containing component, contains corundum activated by titanium dioxide, and additionally chamotte and sulphite-alcohol bard with the following section, with the following titanium. Corundum, activated with titanium dioxide 58-73 Refractory clay 3-8 Chromophosphate or alk 4ohromfosfat3-5 Shamot20-26 Sulphite-alcohol bard1-3 3 Combination. Heterogeneous material granular Corundum and granular chamotte, taken in rational ratios, ensure the development of a micro-fractured structure causing an increase in thermal stability. The formation of mullite needles, which arise from the interaction of corundum with chamotte and clay and contribute to an increase in the elasticity of the material, also contributes to an increase in heat resistance. Activation of corun dioxide and titanium dioxide enhances the formation of mullite. Due to their high adhesion ability, chromophosphate or alumochromophosphate causes the particles to come closer together, which, when heated, leads to the formation of a stronger framework of dispersed corundum and chamotte fractions. In addition, when products on a chromophosphate linkage are heated, its chemical interaction with corundum, chamotte and gln particles takes place, which also determines the increase in the thermocoupling strength and strength of the material. This interaction is enhanced due to the greater tendency of the particles.

1 71 7865 activated corundum to chemical interaction. Sulfite-alcohol bard contributes more evenly to the distribution of clay particles and chemical binder and to their good covering of corundum and chamotte grains. Thus, the effect of increasing the strength properties of the bonding part of the refractory and at the same time the presence of an elastic micro-cracked structure in the granular part causes an increase in thermal stamina. Corundum, activated T10. , obtained by joint fine grinding electrocorundum and with 1-2 wt.% TiO / j. Then the ground mixture is briquetted, the resulting briquettes are calcined at 1650-1 and subjected to crushing and sieving. The boil is heated. Large fractions of corundum and chamotte are mixed with the binder, then the components are added to the grind and the remainder of the water is added. The mass is thoroughly mixed for 10 minutes. From the prepared mass, products are pressed at a specific pressure of 1 to 1000 kg / cm - and calcined at 600 ° C. In tab. 1 shows the composition of the charge 1-6. In tab. 2 - compositions of the products obtained. Table 1 71 78
The use of refractory masses .. improves the turnover of caps for roasting products, improves the quality of the products to be baked and reduces production costs.
