%: К 11,90; ,63; Ca. 0,11; Na 7,88; Cl 27, 17; so; 16,70; упарки 30,61, т. a. 00 00 The invention relates to methods for processing polymineral potash ores, in particular to methods for separating sodium chloride and kainite from a solution for processing them. The known method of extracting Cainite from a solution of processing of polymeric potash ores, including its evaporation, separation of sodium chloride from the solution and its repeated evaporation with the release of Cainite t1 crystals at this stage. The disadvantage of this method is the impossibility of increasing the degree of evaporation during repeated evaporation due to the formation of finely crisp tallinic cainite in the sediment. The purpose of the invention is to obtain large crystals of the product with a high degree of evaporation. The goal is achieved in that according to the method of separating kainite from a solution of processing polymineral potash ores, including evaporation, separating chloride from solution and re-evaporating it to release product crystals, the solution is re-evaporated in the presence of an additive — a mixture of monoalkylphenols ethoxylated with ethylene oxide polyacryamide. The additive is introduced in the amount of 0.10, 01 wt.%. This allows to increase the size of the crystals from 0.01-0.05 mm in the well-known method to 0.12-0.22 mm, while maintaining a high degree of evaporation (29.3%). Example. 100 kg of the original shenitic solution obtained during the processing of polymineral ore, the average composition, wt.%: K 3,66j Mg 2,61; Ca 0.02; Na 4.47; Cl 14.39; SOV4,69; HjO 70.16, is directed to the first stage of evaporation, where 30% of the water is evaporated. After evaporation, 63.74 kg of a solution having a composition, wt.%, Is obtained: K 5.71; , 06; , 04; Na 3.37; C1 16.90; 504 7.29; HjO 62.63 and; 6.26 kg of filtered table salt of the next composition, wt.%: 0.34; , 25; , 05; Na 37.08; C1 57.91; so; 0.58; HiO 3.79. The resulting solution is mixed with 10 g of an organic additive (5 g of mono- and dialkylphenol processing products with ethylene oxide + 5 g of 8% polyacrylamide) and fed to the second stage of evaporation. At the same time, 18.68 kg of water is impregnated and 21.86 kg of one stripped off kainitic solution of average composition is formed, wt.%: K 4.02; Md 5.86; Ca 0; Na 1.46; C1 20.44; SP43.53; H2O 64.89. 23.20 kg of coarse-grained Cainite of the following composition, May, are deposited. %: K 11.90; , 63; Ca. 0.11; Na 7.88; Cl 27, 17; so; 16.70; coughing 30.61, t. a. degree of 29.3%. The results of the experiment are shown in the table.
