(54) ПРИВОД ДВУХЧЕРВЯЧНОГО ЭКСТРУДЕРА ДЛЯ ПЕРЕРАБОТКИ ПЛАСТМАСС(54) DRIVE OF TWO-GRADE EXTRUDER FOR PLASTICS PROCESSING
Изобретение относитс к машиност роению, а именно к зубчатым переда-, чам двухчерв чных экструдеров. Известен привод двухчерв чного экструдера дл переработки пластмасс содержащий две пары соосных косозубых ведущих шестерен, имеющих в каждой паре противоположное направление зубьев, зацепл ющиес с ними ведомые шестерни, одна из которых крайн выходна , а ведуща крайн шестерн незацепл юща с ней - входна , и расположенные между торцами шестерен и соедин кмдие их шлицевые муфты, часть из которых HMeieiT размещенные в них упругие элементы Однако дл известного привода характерно недостаточно равномерное распределение нагрузки. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение равномерности распределени нагрузки и нагрузочной способности при вода . Дл достижени этой цели упругие элементы размещены в муфтах, устаиов ленных между торцами napi ведущих и ведоьвлх шестерен, кроме пар. вкгаочгио щих входную и выходную шестерни. Кро ме того, в одной из шестерен, св зан ной с муфтой, имеющей упругий элемент , выполнено осевое резьбовое отверстие , а привод снабжен винтом,размещенным в от;верстии и взаимодействующим с упругим элементом. На чертеже изображен предлагаемый привод, общий вид. Привод содержит две пары соосных косозубых входных шестерен 1, 2 и 3, 4, имеющих попарно противоположное направление зубьев, наход щиес в зацеплении с выходными шестерн ми 5-8. Шестерни 3 и 4, 5 и 6 установлены независимо в подшипниках подвижно в осевом направлении и св заны между собой и с шестерн ми 2 и 7 шлицевь ™ муфтами 9-11. Входна шестерн 1 приводитс во вргицение от редуктора (не показан) , а выходна шестерн 8 св зана с черв ком 12. Пары шестерен 1, 2 и 7,8 зафиксированы в осевом направлении и выполнены заодно с валами. Шестерни 1, 4, 6 и 7 имеют правое направление зубьев, остальные - левое.Между входными шестерн ми 3 и 4 внутри шлицевой муфты 9 и между выходными шестерн ми 5 и 6 внутри муфты 10 установлены упругие элементы 13, выполненные , в виде тарельчатых пружин.
