Description
The invention relates to the construction, in particular to the construction of collapsible buildings, and is intended for use mainly as temporary structures during the founding of the construction sites. The known folding section of the building, made of fencing wall panels and ceiling, interconnected by hinges with the formation of cells while the panels overlap overlap only one cell Til The disadvantage of this section is the increased complexity of installation and de-installation. The closest to the invention of the technical essence and the achieved result is a three-dimensional block that is folded into a package that includes the enclosing panels of the walls and the hinges interconnected by hinges located on parallel axes on diagonally opposite sides of Gz. The disadvantage of this solution is the difficulty of fabricating the outer panels due to the presence of fins and installation, since it is necessary to install the end panels of the walls separately. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the manufacture and installation of a folding section of a building. This is achieved by the fact that in the folding section of the building, which includes the enclosing panels of the walls and floors, interconnected by hinges located on parallel axes on opposite sides, the hinges connecting the floor panels and the longitudinal walls are offset outward from the edges of the latter by the thickness of the floor panels, The end wall panels are located flush with the ends of longitudinal wall panels. FIG. 1 shows a folding section of a building in a working position} in plan} in FIG. 2 - the same, in the transport position; in fig. 3 shows the section in the working position, the cross section in FIG. 4 - the same in the transport position. The collapsible section of the building consists of fencing panels of the longitudinal 1 and transverse 2 walls and floors 3. The longitudinal 1 and transverse 2 walls are interconnected by hinges 4, located on parallel axes
3.diagonally opposite sides of the transverse wall panels 2. The front transverse wall panels 2 are placed flush with the ends of the 5 panels of the longitudinal walls 1. The floor panels 3 are attached to the panels of the longitudinal walls 1 along their long diagonally opposite sides using b hinges offset from the edges 7 panels of longitudinal walls 1 on the thickness of floor panels 3.
When assembled for transport, the collapsible section of the building is a five-pack.
The folding section of the building is mounted as follows.
Поворотом верхней панели перекрыти 3 перекрывают всю секцию здани .The section is installed vertically at the longitudinal row of foundations 8. By rotating the bottom panel, the overlap 3 sets it to the working position and is laid on the foundations. Then, shifting the rest of the bag along the bottom panel of the slab 3, form the rectangular box of the building. At the same time, the panels of the transverse walls 2 turn in the hinges 4 and take away the working position. By turning the top panel, the overlap 3 covers the entire section of the building.
The transformation of the building section from working position to package is performed in the reverse order.
The invention allows to simplify the manufacture of floor panels and the installation of the building section as a whole.
