The invention relates to the construction, in particular to the structures of buildings of a folding type and can be applied in constructions of varying degrees of capitality.
It has upper and lower ceilings, hingedly connected with longitudinal walls, including upper and lower halves of a wall pivotally interconnected, on the inner side of the latter the posts tl} are located.
However, folding and erection of the end walls is long and does not occur without the fate of installers. In addition, the device is complicated by the “folding of the columns.
(2J.Closest to the invention is a transformable surround unit comprising wall panels hinged to the floor slabs and floors (2J.
Однако известна конструкци сложна в монтаже и демонтгике и недостаточно компактна при транспортировании .However, the known structure is difficult to install and demongikik and not compact enough during transportation.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the automation of mounting and dismounting and increasing the degree of compactness in the transport position.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in a transferable volumetric block, including a wall panel hingedly connected to the floor slabs and the floor, the transverse wall panels are made of vertical half panels connected hinge to each other along the outer edge of the junction and with longitudinal wall panels along the inside the faces are croaked, and the latter are connected to the floor slab and the floor along the outer face of the psakakani, while the 4 floor slab is made of fresh half-slabs hingedly connected along the inner face of the joint, and and floor - from three Lente e formed at equal ugls1mi inclined to the vertical axis of the section E, starting from the middle schshsh its upper

Figure 1 shows three positions (working 1, intermediate AND, complex (L) self-mounting spatial unit in the transport state, continuous sectional cuts; figure 2 shows the same plan; fig.Z is a diagram of the action of the driving forces of the self-mounting volumetric block in three positions (position 1 - depressurization stage, position AND - stage of changing the direction of movement, position III - folding, longitudinal cuts; figure 4 is the same in plan. Self-mounting volume unit includes two longitudinal solid wall panels 1 each of which np rises height From two transverse wall panels 2 to the total thickness of the slab 3 containing the roof with the eaves 4 and the slab of the floor 5 divided through the middle of its upper face by two inclined sections at equal angles oL, viewed from the vertical central section, for three hours. ti, two of which are congruent, and one is a support shoe D, interconnected by the hinge 6 along the inner face of the junction. Wall panels 2 are vertically divided into half panels interconnected by the hinge 7 along the outer face of the butt and hinge 8 with the resistors panels 1 to the inner edge abutment. Wall pa led 1 fastened in turn with the plates of the floor 5 and overlap 3 respectively by hinges 9 and 10 on the outer edge of the contiguous. The slab 3 is cut into two equal parts of a half-plate connected by a hinge 11 along the inner face of the junction and having mounting loops 12. The hinges 6.8 and 11 are internal, and the hinges 7.9 and 10 are external, depending on they are located respectively on the inner and outer edges of the joints. The arrangement of the hinges 8 along the inner edges of the wall of the wall panels 1 and 2 provides folding of the panels 2 to the panels 1, and the execution of the hinges 7 and 10 external makes it possible to fold the slab 3 and the floor slab 5, respectively, under the wall panels 1 and FIG. The 3 and 4 lifting force and the inertia force are designated RP and FI, respectively, the direction of the distribution of forces in the structures, the direction of the transforming forces. When folded, the proposed design occupies a compact elongated position (position W in Figs. 1 and 2). When lowering, after being touched by a bashmak D of the support site (ground or -: foundation), the structure is self-exposed due to the force of gravity due to the placement of hinges 10 9 connecting the wall panels 1, the slab 3 and the slab of the floor 5 beyond the vertical axis of the block above the hinge 6 and below the hinge 11 to the mounting loops (.Wal position in Fig. 1) when the self-mounting volume block is in the transport position This is posted In the construction, e hinges create a transverse direction of the forces that expand the folded elements of FIGS. 4 evenly in different directions. The opening of the panels 1 under the action of such efforts is provided only to the position I (FIGS. 1 and 2. In this intermediate position, the opening of the structure exceeds the design dimensions - the distance between the panels 1 and also exceeds the design width of the room. The further transformation stage is also carried out automatically. The movement of type B panels from position I to position I and under the continuing force of gravity for all other elements is shown in Figures 3 and 4. A necessary condition for the design is the equality of the distance n between the hinges in the floor and the floor construction with thickness m of the panels 2. Otherwise, at the stage of passing the position P, destruction of the hinged joints will occur. In position 1 (Figures 1 and 2), the self-mounting volumetric block is stabilized under the action of expansion of structures at attachment points, due to blocking 3 onto wall panels 2, as well as supporting the floor 5 and longitudinal wall panels 1 onto the base (foundation or prepared soil surface of the building site ). Tpeyt the sole shape of the shoe D excludes the possibility of its tipping over during eccentricity during the installation period. If it is necessary to mount the structure to a strictly specified position, the shape of the shoe can be changed and can have, for example, a rhomvoid shape (position 3 in figure 1), which provides the necessary displacement of the structure to the predetermined position. The disassembly is performed automatically when the self-mounting volumetric block is lifted over the mounting loops 12 of the overlap 3. The lifting forces due to the considered hinge system create transverse forces in the construction (Fig. 4), under the influence of which the wall panels 2 and the floor plates 3 self-fold. and the floor 5. As a result, the block is automatically transformed from position 1 to position U, then under the influence of the same forces even before separation from the supports of the self-direction of the surround block. In this position, the unit can be transported over long distances alone or as part of a package of similar self-erecting bulk units. When transported by car, it is placed on the vehicles in a horizontal position.
