Description
Изобретение относитс к производству гранулированных сложных м неральных удобрений, содержащих серу. Известен способ получени гранулированных сложных удобрений в газовой среде и контактировани капель его с расплавом серы Недостатком этого способа вл етс сложность процесса введени мине- ральных удобрений в расплав серы, плотность которого значительно выше плотности плава удобрений, и низкое качество получаемых гранул, формы и размеры которых различны, так как формирование гранул происходит на поверхности плава серы. Наиболее близким по технической сущности и достигаемому результату к изобретению вл етс способ получени гра нулированных сложных удобрений путем распылени плава удобрений , охлаждени полученных гранул и контактировани их с плавом cepHp Недостатком известного способа вл етс сложность отвода тепла, поскольку теплоносителем вл етс расплав серы и отвод из него представл ет сложную техническую задачу , так как он не может быть охлажден ниже температуры кристаллизации серы, котора составл ет 110-112 0. Это не позволило использовать этот способ в промышленных масштабах ввиду большой трудоемкости процесса и малой производительности. Цель изобретени - упрощение процесса . Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что в способе получени гранулированных сложных удобрений путем расхшпени плава удобрений, охлаждёни полученных гранул и контакти- рованЕШ их-с плавом серы, охлаждение гранул провод т в минеральном масле до П5-120с, пропускают гранулы через слои плава серы с той же темпеThe invention relates to the production of granular complex mineral fertilizers containing sulfur. The disadvantage of the known method is the difficulty of heat removal, as the heat carrier is a melt of sulfur and it is a difficult technical task, since it cannot be cooled below the crystallization temperature of sulfur, which is 110-112 0. It is not allowed to use this method on an industrial scale due to high labor intensity and low efficiency. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the process. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the method of obtaining granulated complex fertilizers by spreading the fertilizer water, cooling the obtained granules and contacting them with sulfur melt, cooling the granules is carried out in mineral oil up to П5-120с, passing granules through sulfur melts with that same pace
