Description
(54) MINORAL GRANULAR FERTILIZER
В обшем виде соотношение N:P:K составл ет соответственно l,O;i,0;lj,5. The invention relates to the production of fertilizers and can be used in the chemical industry. Fertilizer is known, which is a compost from sewage sludge, containing bird droppings, mycelium mushrooms and organic compostable substances, such as ground bark of trees to move away: canning and brewing industry, manure, soil or peat 1. The disadvantage of this fertilizer is the specificity of the input components, such as fresh bird droppings, mycelium mushrooms. In addition, at high temperatures, which develop in clamps during compaction and long-term storage, large losses of nitrogen are observed as a result of differentiation and decomposition of humic substances. It is also known organic-mineral granular fertilizer, consisting of sewage sludge and coal-Zoya with their ratio (2O: 1) - (1: 9). Nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, pesticides and other biologically active substances are added to the mixture. However, the use of coal ash, which does not possess biological activity and contains a significant amount of one-and-a-half oxides of polyvalent metals, as a bond component, contributes to the absorbed by plants of macro- and microelements of both the most wastes and added mineral components, pesticides, etc. In addition, the drying of the mixture consists of sewage sludge and The ashes lead to coagulation of colloids of organic substances containing in the sediment, which reduces their reactivity with mineral components, and also reduces the water resistance of plant nutrients in the sediment, and reduces the strength of the granules obtained from this mixture. The purpose of the invention is to increase the quality of nutrient elements and substances easily assimilated by plants and to improve the physical and mechanical properties of the granules. The goal is achieved by the fact that organo-mineral granulated fertilizer contains ammoniated peat with 45-60% moisture content as a binder. in the following ratio of components, wt.% (on dry matter): Sewage precipitate water-40-Ammonized peat 10-20 Mineral components Rest The ratio of mineral components may vary within some limits in the depending on the soil and climatic conditions of the realization ud obreni. In general terms, the ratio N: P: K is respectively l, O; i, 0; lj, 5. Example 1. Prepared fertilizer with the following ratio of components, wt%: sewage sludge 35; ammoniated peat 15 | mineral components 5O with correlation equal to O, 8: 1, O: 1.2 | 1.0: 1.2: 1.5 and l) O:: 1, O: 1.5. The potato crop variety Razvaristy is respectively 177s 173 and 189 centners / ha. Example 2: Three types of fertilizer are prepared. Таким образом, из таблицы видно, что предлагаемое удобрение характеризуетс более высокими показател ми, чем известные удобрени .78.1 74.6 0-5 nenty taken in the same ratio as in example 1, but the ratio of Vj: Pd is O, 8; 1, O: 1.0; 1.0: 1.0: 1.0 and 1, O: 1.2:: 1.0. Barley yields are respectively 40.5, 42.2 and 39.8 c / ha. Example 3. With the same ratio of components as in example 2, but with a ratio vM: P: K, respectively, 1.0: 0.8: 1.2} 1, O: 1, O: 1.0 and, 1, 8: 1.0: 1.0 fertilizers are prepared and applied for sowing sugar beet. The yield of root crops is 462, 460 and 463 centners / ha, respectively. The N: P: K ratio must therefore vary depending on the crop. In Western Siberia, the phosphorus content in the soil is four times higher than the nitrogen content. Therefore, it is necessary to take into account the soil and climatic conditions for the cultivation of a particular crop. Fertilizer should be used as a slow acting one. It should be applied once every two to three years. The table shows the fins-chemical properties of the proposed and known 2} fertilizers. Thus, from the table it can be seen that the proposed fertilizer is characterized by higher indicators than known fertilizers.
