(54) METHOD FOR PREPARING A COMPOSITION FOR HEAT-HYDRO-ISOLATION
The invention relates to a method for preparing a composition for heat and hydro insulation based on Portland cement, bitumen and expanded perlite sand, and is intended, for example, for insulating pipelines and bulk insulation. There is a known method for preparing a composition for heat and hydroisolation by mixing expanded perlite with molten bitumen and then adding Portland cement to the mixture. The disadvantage of this method lies in the fact that in the finished composition the cement does not have direct contact with perlite, since the grains of the latter were initially bitumen is coated with bitumen films, which slows down the reaction between the SiO perlite and Ca (the HE is Portland cement and, respectively, slows down the curing of the molded from the compositions of The closest to the present invention is a method for preparing a composition for heat and hydro insulating by mixing expanded cement perlite and molten bitumen 2 The disadvantage of this method, in which all components are mixed at the same time, is that the pearlite grains, although in direct contact with cement, Not being able to monolith with bitumen, they intensively break up during dynamic contact with the cement during the mixing process. This leads to a decrease in the bulk mass, and, with insufficient poaching time, to an uneven distribution of components, the presence of a different content of pearlite grains, non-monolithic with bitumen, and an increased water absorption of the finished products and structures. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the bulk density and water absorption of heat and water insulation. This goal is achieved by the fact that, in the method of preparing a dL heat hydrolysis composition by mixing expanded cement perlite and molten bitumen, perlite is first mixed with bitumen (70-80% of their required amount), and then the cement and the remaining amount of perlite and bitumen are introduced. The method is carried out in the following manner. With continuous stirring, perlite and molten bitumen are introduced into the paddle mixer - 70-80% of the costs per batch. When this occurs, monolithic porous grains of perlite films of bitumen. After that, do not stop the blades of the mixer, fill the cement and leave with a part of the perlite and bitumen and mix the whole mixture until a single mass is obtained. With such a sequence of operations, water absorption and volume of Mars are reduced due to the fact that during the initial mixing of 70-80% of perlite and bitumen, the pearlite grains are covered with a uniform film of bitumen, which impedes the penetration of moisture into the grain and, moreover, with bitumen, the pearlite grains acquire an improved mechanical strength and does not undergo intensive destruction when mixed with cement. In this case, the reaction between S-IOjj perlite and Ca (OH), j of portland cement in the finished mixture proceeds unhindered, since the subsequent 20% of perlite is introduced into the mixer along with the cement and, therefore, this part of the perlite and the cement come into contact directly. Increasing the initial dosing of perlite to over 80% and, accordingly, reducing it to less than 20% with repeated dosing worsens the reaction conditions between SI Od perlite and Ca (OH) on cement, and reducing the initial dosing of perlite to less than 70% increases the bulk density and water absorption. Example. With the consumption of materials for mixing (perlite - 2 m, bitumen - 180 l and portland cement 150 kg), 1.4 mplite and 126 l of molten bitumen are initially loaded into the mixer, which accounts for 70% of their costs. After mixing for 30 seconds, load Portland cement AND the remaining portions of 0.6 m perlite and 54 "n bitumen. At the same time, bitumen is poured simultaneously with the last portions of cement and perlite. Measure 2: Same as in example 1, but initially load 75% of perlite and bitumen from their costs. Example 1. Same as in examples 1 and 2, but initially they charge 80% of perlite and bitumen from their costs. Properties of the composition and its products are presented in the table.
