Description
2(54) RAW MATERIAL MIXTURE PAP-1 or PLP-2 aluminum powder can be used to prepare the lighter} of a KAROUSABLE MATERIAL, which must comply with the requirements of GOST 5494-71. Lightweight pieces, monolithic linings, as well as granular aggregates in lightweight, heat-resistant concretes or high-temperature fillings can be made from this raw mix. The proposed mixture is obtained as follows. From the calculation of obtaining the required product size with a specific volume, a dry mixture of sludge and metallic aluminum is prepared, which is loaded with the calculated amount of 60-70% orthophosphoric acid and, after mixing, is placed in a mold. Due to the interaction of aluminum with the-ACID, the mixture swells. Its temperature rises to 130-150 ° C and it solidifies. After cooling, the product is disintegrated and can be used to manufacture the lining of a thermal unit. The time from the start of laying the mixture in the mold to the solidification of the products is 10-20 minutes and depends on the size of the products and the composition of the mixture. To make the products resistant to heat, it is appropriate to subject them to drying at 300 ° C. When producing 10 thousand meters of products from the proposed mixture, the economic effect is about 270 thousand rubles. Example. To obtain a product with a bulk weight of 500-900 kg / m with a refractoriness of 1.350-1420, a raw mix is prepared consisting of a slurry of titanium-pigment production with a specific surface of 1300-1500 cm / n aluminum powder PAP-1 and 60 % phosphoric acid according to GOST 10678-63. The composition of the mixture is given in table.1. Table 1 Content of components,% Orthophosphoric Slurry Orthophosphoric Aluminum acid To obtain products in the form of blocks, the mixture is stirred until homogeneous and placed into a mold, held until spontaneous swelling and solidification. After cooling to 20-4 ° C, the products are released from the mold. Properties of products are given in table 2. Table 2
