Description
з.The invention relates to the purification of water, and more specifically to methods for purifying water from suspended 4acTHUj contained therein, and can be used to purify water from suspended particles consisting mainly of different copper oxides and iron oxides, copper hydroxides, iron hydroxides, or mixtures thereof various ratios, for example, in the production of iron oxide pigments, in the enrichment of iron ores by the flotation method. The method can also be used for wastewater treatment, used. for irrigation of fields or other household needs with limitations to the content of copper and iron oxides in water up to 0.1 mg / l. . A method is known for purifying water from suspended particles by flocculation of water with nJM polyelectrolyte, which is a copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone and urea acrylic acid. This method allows virtually quantitative trapping of metal oxide and hydroxides at an initial concentration of 25-1000 mg / l. The residual concentration is 0.5-2 mg / l. I However, the application of a known method for purifying water from oxides and hydroxides of copper and iron is not effective enough. For example, when the initial concentration of copper oxide with the formula 100 mg / l, the application of the known method provides water purification to 0.5 mg / l for only 30 minutes at a polyelectrolyte consumption of 1 g per 1 l of water to be purified. There is also known a method of extracting or removing metal ions from solutions by precipitating them in the form of hydroxides, followed by flotation using surface-active substances (surfactants), which contain a rather long hydrocarbon content. radical 2, The use of this method is complicated by the poor solubility of surfactants in water. The closest of the known technical essence and the achieved result to the proposed is a method of water purification from suspended particles containing oxides of copper and iron, which consists in the introduction into water of anionic surfactants, in particular long-chain carboxylic acid, blowing water through the mass of water and by removing the coagulum that forms, which pops up with air bubbles to the surface of the water, by mechanical means (scrapers, etc.) h.
The disadvantages of this method are that the degree of purification is not high enough, which is unacceptable for a number of industries, for example for irrigating fields; the high cost of the process of water purification from suspended particles caused by the operation of the activation of suspended particles by heavy metal ions and contamination of the purified water by the fatty acids used, which is unacceptable, in particular, when using purified water to drink. This forces additional purification of water from surfactants, introduced in the process of water purification from suspended particles, particles.
При использовании очищенной по известному способу воды дл орошени про вл етс дополнительный недостаток , суть которого в том, что жирные кислоты, остакидиес в очищенной от взвесей воде, медленно разлагаютс с, течением времени. Например, дл полного разложени используемой согласно известному способу кислоты требуетс 5 лет в услови х орошаемого участка.When using purified water for irrigation by a known method, there is an additional drawback, the essence of which is that the fatty acids, the ostakidies, in the de-suspended water, slowly decompose with time. For example, it takes 5 years to decompose the acid used in accordance with the known method under the conditions of the irrigated area.
Цель изобретени - повышение степени очистки воды от взвешенных частиц , содержащих оксидй меди и железа .The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of water purification from suspended particles containing copper and iron oxide.
Поставленна цель достигаетс тем что в известном способе в качестве ПАВ используют 1,3-диоксацикланы, предпочтительно в количестве 0,050 ,1 г на 1 г взвешенных частиц.При этом процесс ведут при температуре 5-25 и рН 5-11.This goal is achieved by using 1,3-dioxacyclanes as a surfactant, preferably in an amount of 0.050, 1 g per 1 g of suspended particles. The process is carried out at a temperature of 5-25 and a pH of 5-11.
Способ осуществл ют следующим образом .The method is carried out as follows.
In a container with water containing suspended particles. The copper or iron hydroxides) are administered to the 1,3-deoxycyclan in the form of an alcohol solution at water temperature and pH 5-11. Then the water with the injected dioxacyclane is mixed, after which air is injected into the bottom layers of water. Air bubbles float up and carry away the recoverable ones. substances that interact with dioxacyclan. The coagulum that has emerged on the surface is removed from the water surface by means of scrapers. The whole process; cleaning takes 15-20 minutes. at the initial end of HTpcUJiHH suspensions 101000 mg / l using the method provides a residual concentration of suspensions 0.5-1 mg / l. The 1,3-dioxane buccal scale depends on the degree of contamination of water with suspensions of copper or iron oxides and is 0.05-0.1 g per g of suspension. Compared with fatty acids, 1,3-dioxcyclic

Example 1.
