Abstract
The invention relates to methods of wastewater treatment, in particular to wastewater treatment containing petroleum products, namely gasoline A-76 and toluene, can be used in sewage treatment plants of oil refineries and allows you to increase the degree of purification from gasoline A-76 and toluene . To implement the process, wastewater containing gasoline A-76 is mixed with wastewater containing toluene, in the following ratio of components, vol.%: Gasoline A-76 30-40, toluene 60-70, and settled. The method allows to reduce the COD of sewage by 59-63%, while in BqeMa, as with separate settling, no COD reduction occurs. 1 tab.
Description
The invention relates to wastewater treatment methods, in particular to wastewater treatment containing petroleum products, namely gasoline A-76 and toluene, and can be used in sewage treatment plants of oil refineries.
The aim of the invention is to increase the degree of purification of wastewater from gasoline A-76 and toluene.
П р и м е р. PRI me R. In K34ectae wastewater, a model stream is used consisting of water with the addition of toluene and A-76 gasoline at a certain ratio required by the conditions of the experiment. In the experiments, a model flow of water with a total initial concentration of petroleum products 50, 100 ml per 1 l of water is used.
Дл анализа берут воду из-под пленки нефтепродуктов, котора образуетс на поверхности воды в ходе эксперимента .Before the experiment, the wastewater is shaken vigorously, then it is settled for 2 hours. For analysis, water is taken from under the film of petroleum products, which is formed on the surface of the water during the experiment.
Let the total concentration of oil applied to water be 50 ml per liter of water. At the optimum point, 50 ml of oil products are collected as follows, vol. %: gasoline 35. toluene 65, at the boundary points of gasoline A-76 takes either 30 or 40 vol.%, toluene — either 60 or 70 vol.%, at foreign points: gasoline A-76 — either 25 or 45 vol. %, toluene - either 75 or 55 vol. % Pure solutions were prepared as follows: all 50 ml (JUS ml, depending on a series of experiments) of petroleum products are either toluene or A-76 gasoline. Water is defended, supernatant oil products are separated and the COD of purified water is determined.
The cleaning results are presented in the table.
Добавление 50 мл бензина А-76 к 1 л воды увеличивает значение ХПК до 1008 мг/л за счет растворени части веществ бензина А-76 в воде, а 50 мл толуола (ЛData analysis of the table shows the following. The addition of 50 ml of A-76 gasoline to 1 l of water increases the COD value to 1008 mg / L by dissolving a part of A-76 gasoline in water, and 50 ml of toluene (L

Theoretically, it could be assumed that the addition of toluene, gasoline A-76 to the water containing only toluene would lead to an increase in the COD value of the water. According to the calculation of the material balance, the COD should be at the optimal point of 822.1 mg / l. However, the results of experimental studies show that the COD of water at this point is 350 mg / l, which is 57.42% lower than the expected COD value. The revealed pattern of the reduction of COD in water in the case of the joint presence of gasoline A-76 and toluene is maintained at the following ratio
