Description
The invention relates to the treatment of water and can be used in the biochemical treatment of wastewater from chemical industry enterprises.
The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the cleaning process.
Обработку воды осуществл ют в аэротенке в присутствии активного ила и стимулирующих добавок, в качестве которых используют шлам, образующийс в процессе коагул ции и известковани речной воды при ее подготовке дл промышленного ис- пользрвани .Water treatment is carried out in an aero-tank in the presence of activated sludge and stimulating additives, which are sludge produced during the coagulation and liming of river water during its preparation for industrial use.
(Sludge containing oxides of calcium, ferric iron, magnesium and silicon is introduced into the aeration tank in the amount of 1-5 g / l of sludge mixture. (
Sludge includes microorganisms, saproprophytes, ammonifiers, urobacteria, de-nitrifying agents, nitrifying agents and phase II, as well as a set of trace elements and enzymes, which allow to activate the processes of biotransformation of contaminants and to intensify the cleaning process. The introduction of the sludge is carried out in a separate stream or with purified water.
In tab. Figure 1 shows the averaged data on the composition of the water preparation sludge obtained at individual industrial enterprises.
Example 1, Wastewater, characterized by a COD of 2500 mg 02 / l. served in the aeration tank, where water treatment sludge is fed in the amount of 1 g / l and aerated for 14–16 hours. Oxidative power

The COD is 3,760 g Oa / m day, the COD of purified water is 160 mg 02 / l.
2.The dependence of the efficiency of the cleaning process on the amount of sludge introduced in comparison with the prototype is presented in Table. 2
The proposed method allows to increase the cleaning efficiency of COD from 70 to 98.5%, increase the oxidizing capacity of the facilities by 3.4-4.2 times, reduce the sludge index by 1.2-1.4 times and stabilize the pH during water treatment .
