Description
(54) METHOD FOR ASSESSING WIRE QUALITY
1one
This invention relates to the field of testing materials, in particular, to methods for evaluating wire quality.
1.A known method for evaluating the quality of the wire is that the wire sample is heated to a predetermined temperature and is kept at this temperature, and the quality of the wire is judged by tensile strength 1.
The disadvantage of the method lies in its inefficiency.
2.The closest to the invention by technical essence and the achieved result is the method of assessing the quality of the wire, which consists in heating two batches of wire samples to specified temperatures, maintaining them at these temperatures and testing for strength, and the quality of the wire is judged differences in strength of samples of different batches 2.
Недостатками способа вл етс низка точность его и неэкономичность, обусловленна длительным подбором температур испытаний .The disadvantages of this method are its low accuracy and inefficiency, due to the long selection of test temperatures.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy and cost-effectiveness of testing time wires made of steel 42НХТЮА.
This goal is achieved by heating the samples of one batch to a temperature of 532-545 ° C, and another to a temperature of 592-608 ° C.
The method is implemented as follows.
После старени испытывают образцы на прочность, определ пределы прочности образцов разных партий и по разности пределов прочности образцов разных партий суд т о качестве проволоки .Two batches of samples are taken from the 42НХТЮА alloy wire to be tested. One batch of wire samples is heated to a temperature of 532-545 ° C and the other is heated to a temperature of 592-608 ° C and is kept at these temperatures for a specified time, i.e. aging of the wire. The aging temperature for the first batch of samples is selected from the condition of ensuring maximum strength of the 42НХТЮА alloy. The aging temperature for the second batch of samples is selected from the condition of ensuring the maximum rate of alloy softening. After aging, the samples are tested for strength, the limits of strength of samples of different batches are determined, and the difference in strength of the samples of different batches is judged on the quality of the wire.
Testing of two batches of samples aged at a temperature, one of which provides maximum strength, and the other, the maximum rate of softening, improves the accuracy and cost-effectiveness of testing hour wire from 42НХТЮА steel.
