Description
(54) METHOD FOR INCREASING STABILITY. CAPITAL MINING PROCESSES
The invention relates to the mining industry and can be used in the construction of chambers for le. the lows of the upper receiving sites of slopes, the interfaces of mine workings for various purposes and mine workings of large diameters, constructed under conditions of great depths with a long service life. There is a method of increasing the stability of mine workings through their preliminary work 1. However, this method in many cases cannot be used at the construction stage of a mining enterprise. A method of increasing the stability of capital mine workings is also known, including conducting auxiliary workings along the seam and drilling from auxiliary workings in the plane of the reservoir parallel to each other relief wells within the planned area of discharge 2. However, with this method, discharge wells The wells are of the same diameter, which leads to a relatively quick recovery of the natural stress of the state of the rock mass located above the mine and therefore its maintenance-free operation is not long enough. The purpose of the invention is to increase the life of the non-maintenance operation of the capital mine workings. This goal is achieved by unloading wells that drill to the boundaries of the planned discharge area from two mutually perpendicular auxiliary workings, passed along the boundary of the planned discharge area, while first drilling the small diameter wells, and then drilling them through one large diameter wells. FIG. Figure 1 shows the layout of the ongoing mine work, additional mine workings and a network of unloaded wells of different diameters; in fig. 2 shows the layout of the discharge wells forming a discharge gap prior to the commencement of array descent; in fig. 3 - the same, after the complete closure of small-diameter wells. The method is carried out as follows (for example, for winches chambers of the upper receiving platforms),. After carrying out the slopes 1 along the coal seam, the penetration is stopped and the unloading of the rock mass enclosing the upper receiving areas chambers is stopped. Perpendicular to the slopes, additional generation 2 is made along the strike of the formation for a length of 2, ensuring the necessary dimensions of the unloading zone of the chambers. Then, from one of the ends of the excavation, additional portions 3 of the length are made for a length, which ensures the unused size of the Yao discharge zone. fall. After this, from an additional production, 2 boreholes of 4 small diameters, which are subsequently drilled through with one of the large diameters of B into one. Then, from the additional production of 3 drilled wells 6 of small diameter, which are subsequently also drilled through wells of 7 larger diameter through one. The resulting network of wells of different diameters constitutes the discharge zone above the winches chambers of the receiving areas B, which is determined in each particular case in accordance with the geological and mining engineering conditions. After this, the chambers are continued to be held. upper receiving areas in the unloaded zone.

In the first period, a continuous discharge gap is formed above the production, corresponding in size to the size of a small diameter well. Under the action of rock pressure, this gap gradually closes in areas of small diameter wells and remains open in areas of large diameter (Fig. 3, after which a second period begins

With this slot shape, the unloading period increases significantly over time, which allows cameras to operate in the unloaded zone for a longer period. Thus, the period of maintenance-free operation of capital mines is prolonged.
