(54) COMPOSITION FOR FATING TECHNICAL SKINS
The invention relates to leather production and can be used in the development of technical leather, mainly clutch leather. A composition for the fattening of industrial leathers, including natural fatty materials (sulphurized blubber and fish oil), is known. However, these products are expensive, scarce, and prone to oxidation, and at the same time a considerable consumption of natural fats is included in the composition of the emulsion. Also known is the composition of fat emulsion, including the product of oil refining - spun oil i. However, the use of spun oil for fattening of skins (including technical ones) is limited to the fact that it does not have active groups that cause the interaction of the oil with derma and is therefore easily removed during operation. Closest to the proposed composition is an emulsion containing, in wt.%: Chlorinated paraffins (with a chlorine content of 30-35%) 4O, natural fats 60, which reduces the consumption of natural fats and improves the quality of skins 2j However, the use of emulsions of this composition leads to changes properties, semi-finished product in time (pH, moisture capacity of the skin) in connection with the separation of hydrogen chloride in the presence of chromium. According to the existing GOST, leather for technical products (for example, clutch) should be of high quality: dense, not rigid, plastic, with a bright front surface. The purpose of the invention is to increase the stability of the emulsion and improve the quality of the skin. To achieve this goal, the composition for fattening includes a mixture of domestically produced stabilized chlorinated paraffins in the following ratio, wt.%: Chlorinated paraffins (with a chlorine content of 13%) 15-35 Chlorinated paraffins (with a chlorine content of 42%) 15-35 Natural fat (for example, sulphonated blubber) Else Stabilized chlorinated paraffins have several positive properties: non-toxic, cold-resistant, resistant to oxidation, unchanged when stored. Available, are 2-3 times cheaper compared to natural fats. The presence of active groups in these fattening materials ensures their chemical interaction with the structural elements of the dermis, which favorably affects the quality of the finished product and in the operation of products. Only the proposed mixture of chlorinated paraffins (with a chlorine content of 13 and 42%) in a ratio of 1: 1 and in such quantities (30-70% of the total mass of fat) ensures sufficient stability of the emulsion for fattening and obtaining high-quality leather — light, dense, fairly elastic. , without changing properties over time. The use of individual products does not lead to such an effect as their mixture (Table 1). After the semi-finished product is treated with an emulsion comprising a mixture of chlorinated paraffins, a noticeable clarification of the semi-finished product is observed, the latter acquiring a certain plasticity. Chlorinated paraffin emulsions are prepared at 25%. Concentration by mixing chlorinated paraffins with natural fat in an emulsifier with the addition of a calculated amount of water (temperature 65-7 ° C. Emulsification time 51O min. PH value of the prepared emulsion 6.8-7.0. Example 1. The object of study is a chrome bucket for couplings. All processes and operations, including greasing, are carried out according to a standard procedure.

Example 3. Analogously to example 1, but the composition of the emulsion included chlorinated paraffins, wt.%: (With a chlorine content of 13%) 35, (with a chlorine content of 42%) 35, the rest (30%) is natural fat (sulfated). In examples 2 and 3, the fat emulsions are stable, in the process of fattening, they have been completely worked out. Indicators of finished leather. Presented in table. 2. According to the organoleptic evaluation, the obtained skins differed in their elasticity, fullness, bright face surface, without fatty deposits, which meets the requirements of GOST 2O 836-75. Storage of the finished skin for 1 hour shows no change in pH, moisture capacity and content washed out with chloroform, the appearance of fatty deposits and darkening of the front surface is not observed. The developed composition for fattening industrial leathers, mainly coupling ones, ensures the stability of fat emulsions, improves the bonding of fattening substances to the dermis, provides a bright front surface, and reduces the cost of the finished product. The economic effect of the use in the national economy of the proposed composition will be 1010 RUR. per 1 million dm finished KOHt.
