Description

The use of a metal ceramics method for the manufacture of magnetic products is known. It is also known to manufacture a product made of iron syllate by mixing iron powders with the noroskamn of other metals and sintering mixtures of such powders in a reducing atmosphere or under vacuum.

The properties of cobalt-iron compounds, in particular, their magnetic permeability and magnetic impurity, depend on the quality of the components used.

The advantage of this method is that the alloys produced are practically free of carbon impurities. KHC; Grades, Phosphorus, Sulfur, and Nitrogen are fine grain, forged and rolled in the hot and cold state better than cast alloys of similar composition, and the products or workpieces from them have the highest magnetic permeability and the greatest magnetic saturation.

The proposed method differs from the known ones in that, in order to obtain products or blanks of the highest permeability and maximum magnet saturation, the mixture is a composition; They are made from electrolytic iron and cobalt.

0-3%.The limiting concentrations of the components in the cobalt-iron alloys used for the manufacture of metal-ceramic products according to the proposed method are recommended as follows (in weight); iron 40-70%; cobalt 30-60%, vanadium 0-3%.

Examples:

48..1. Cobalt -50%; vaidi -1.7%; iron-48 ..

Cobalt-50%; iron-50%.

Powders should be no larger than 100 mesh. Pressing pressure 5 - I5 t / cm, optimum pressure-10 t / cm.

900 - 13.00 °. Sintering is carried out in hydrogen or vacuum, nitrogen or another neutral atmosphere.

Subject invention

The method of manufacturing metal-ceramic products and blanks from cobalt iron alloys with optional vanadium additive, characterized in that, in order to obtain products or blanks of the highest magnetic permeability and maximum magnetic saturation, the mixture is composed of powders of electrolytic iron and cobalt. .
