2-2,5%.The invention relates to the preparation of a solid heat carrier with magnetic properties and can be used for drying bulk materials (grains, coal, salts, etc.) A known method of treating quartz sand with an inorganic reagent with a 1% aqueous solution of sodium aluminomethylsiliconate, AMCP-3, followed by drying the sand at 105110 ° C for 3-5 hours. The AMCP-3 solution is obtained by dissolving metallic aluminum in sodium methyl silicate LlJ. However, the method of treating quartz sand does not allow it to be used as a heat transfer agent. The purpose of the invention is the ability to use the target product as a heat carrier. The goal is achieved by processing with a mixture of powdered silicate fibers, water glass and magnetite, followed by drying and calcining the target product, and using a mixture with the following ratio of components in weight.h .: silicate llybs 23-29, liquid glass 50-48, magnetite 27-23, drying is carried out at a temperature of 65-75 C, and roasting at a temperature of 750-810 ° C. The method is carried out in the following manner. 1. Preparation of liquid glass consists in the fact that the strength of the compact is crushed on a jaw crusher to a particle size of 35 mm, then the fraction 2535 is screened and loaded into an autoclave, where water and steam are simultaneously supplied under pressure of 5 atm. The cooking continues for 4 hours at 150-160 ° C, and liquid glass with a density in the range 1.35-1.40 g / cm is obtained. The finished liquid glass is pumped into a tank, from where it is heated to a temperature of 23 s, and is used for mixing, as needed, with silicate powder. and fine magnetite powder. 2. When preparing the powder silicate is as follows. After crushing the jaw crusher with a size of 0–25 Mm, the separated silicate bulb is ground into a ball mill to a particle size of 0–0.072 mm, a fraction of 0.072 mm is screened. 3. Preparation of quartz sand consists in the fact that river quartz sand with a grain size of 5-10} / al is dried to a moisture content of 2-2.5%.
