Description
(S4) СПОСОБ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ ФИЛЬТРУЮЩЕГО ПОРОШКА(S4) METHOD FOR GETTING FILTER POWDER
The invention relates to the production of fertilizer powders from natural diatomite and can be used in the petrochemical and other industries of the dp purification of colloidal disperse systems. In the practice for the production of pharmaceutical powders, natural diatomite is crushed, cleaned from mechanical impurities, dried and sorted into fractions with different content of particles. To improve the properties, the diatomite after drying is subjected to thermochemical treatment in the presence of fluxes, for example, catl chloride, which create conditions for the oxidation of iron in the iron product, followed by its sublimation and the formation of unstained silicate compounds. The known method provides for the addition of sodium chloride in diatomite in an amount of 3-7% by weight of dry diatomite. In some cases, in order to obtain a higher quality product, the latter is subjected to acid treatment before firing 1 21. The disadvantages of these methods are the difficulty of the production technology, the considerable consumption of fluxes, and not enough high exploitation; life properties of the finished product. The method closer to the proposed {with the essence and effect achieved is the method of obtaining filtering powder from diatomite, including grinding, pulp processing, drying, ds, injection of sodium chloride containing carbonate, sodium, in an amount of 3-7% s subsequent thermochemical treatment at 1000 ° C for 1.5-2 hours 121. The disadvantage of this method is that the resulting product does not have a sufficiently high quality and the process for its students is long. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the product and speed up the process. This goal is achieved in an absorbable manner by the preparation of diatomite filter dipole powder, including grinding, water treatment, drying, adding a flux containing a mixture of 2-3% sodium carbonate
1-2% pyrophosphamide of adtri (by weight of dry product) and roasting at 600-700 ° С,
Другое отличие заключаетс в том, что в качестве флюса используют смесь, содержащую 2-3% карбоната натри и 12 вес.% пирофосфата натри .A distinctive feature of the proposed method is the use of a mixture containing sodium carbonate and sodium pyrophosphate as a flux. Another difference is that a mixture containing 2-3% sodium carbonate and 12% by weight sodium pyrophosphate is used as a flux.
Example 1. In the mixer serves 150 kg / h of the original diatomite with an initial humidity of 50% and 50 kg / h of water. The pulp is sent to a classifier for washing and to a drum vacuum cleaner to remove excess moisture. Wet diatomite is fed to a tumble dryer to dehydrate up to 2-3% residual moisture. The dried product is ground in a ball mill and sent to a kiln. Together with the diatomite, 1% sodium pyrophosphate and 2% sodium carbonate are used in terms of .ta dry product. Calcination is carried out at 600 ° C for 1 hour.
П р и м е р 2. PRI mme R 2. Diatomite is processed before calcination under the same conditions as in Example 1. Calcination is carried out with
добавлением 2% пирофосфата натри и 2% карбоната натри при 600° С в течение 1,5 ч.by adding 2% sodium pyrophosphate and 2% sodium carbonate at 600 ° C for 1.5 hours.
П р и м е р 3. EXAMPLE 3 The conditions for treating diatomite prior to calcination are the same as in Example 1, 2. Calcination is carried out in the presence of 2% sodium pyrophosphate and 3% sodium carbonate at 700 ° C for 1.5 hours.
Technological regimes and quality indicators of the product obtained by the known and proposed methods are shown in the table.
From the above dan} | eh it is clear that the proposed method, in comparison with the known, has significant advantages. Thus, a higher filtration rate creates conditions for increasing the productivity of the process.
An increase in mechanical strength ensures the constancy of the specific surface of the powder, which prevents an increase in the specific volume resistance of the filter bed and helps to stabilize the main body characteristics.
3, the proposed method significantly accelerated and lowered temperature thermochemical processing.
