Description
1 . . This invention relates to the manufacture of a pressure-sensitive recording material (self-copying or carbon-free carbon copy paper). There is a method l for obtaining a recording material by combining two sheets of paper, on the surface of one of which a pressure sensitive layer is applied from a dispersion of microcapsules containing in the core a color-forming substance in a mixture of organic solvents t of polyisopropylphenyl, monoisopropyldiphenyl, non-alkylated diphenyl at the following ratios, wt. %; Monoisopropylphenyls (pre-lvIvitIs poured and VX-isomers) because of the 30% polyisopropyldiphenyls of people who are not a part of the rest of the world. which causes great harm to the recording material and gives it an unpleasant smell. The purpose of the invention is to increase the intensity of staining and the definition of registration. This goal is achieved by using microcapsules containing polyisopropyldiphenyl and monoisopropyldiphenyl in addition to benzyl benzoate in a known method for producing recording material and additionally benzyl benzoate in the following ratio of 55-65: 10-30: 15-25, respectively. The content of a harmful substance-- non-alkylated diphenyl is excluded or allowed to not more than 1% of the total weight of solvents. In addition, the mixture does not have an unpleasant odor, has low toxicity due to the low content of diphenyl in its composition, dissolves color-forming substances well and transfers them well to the acceptor side of paper. According to the method, a solution of color-forming substances in a complex mixture of solvents is microencapsulated by the method of complex coacervation in a gelatinoglufli-arabic shell. The aqueous dispersion of microcapsules is mixed with a filler (kaolin, cellulose flakes, wheat starch, etc.), as well as with a solution of binders such as starch, polyvinyl back or carboxymethylcellulose and applied | As a uniform donor coating on the lower side of the paper sheet (substrate ), - The upper side of another paper sheet is coated with an acidic material (acceptor coating), which includes, for example, kaolin, modified aerosil, synthetic latex. Both sheets are used in a set, and a sheet of paper with a donor coating is placed above the sheet with an acceptor in such a way that the donor side of the top sheet coincides with the acceptor side of the bottom sheet. In order to increase the number of copies, double-coated stitching sheets can be placed between the upper bottom sheets - the acceptor from the upper side and the bottom from the lower side. Sets of such pressure sensitive recording material are used to make copies of the text without using plain (carbon) carbon paper. When writing with a pen or pencil, when typing on a typewriter or in computer installations, the microcapsule shells are destroyed and the solution of color-forming substances in an organic solvent enclosed in them flows out of the microcapsules and interacts with the acidic material of the acceptor coating. As a result of this interaction, a colored text print appears on the acceptor side of the sheet. Example. To 53 parts of a 10% photographic gelatin solution (a cisoelectric point at pH 4.9, 21 parts of a 1% aqueous solution of disodium salt of vinylmethyl ether with maleic anhydride (IME / MA) are added) and the pH value of the mixture is adjusted to to 9 by adding 20% sodium hydroxide solution. Separately dissolved with stirring and heated to SO-SOO C 0.6 each. Part of two color-forming substances of crystalline violet lactone and benzoyl-lomethylene blue blue in 44 parts of organic solvent, which is a complex nzopro mix ildifenilov and benzyl benzoate, the composition given in the table.
