Description
(54) METHOD OF MANUFACTURING COMPOUND ROLLED
Дл осуществлени сборки не требуетс специального оборудовани , сопр жение бандажа с осью прСИЗводитс с помощью стандартного ковочного инструмента, имеющегос нагревательного и прессового оборудовани .ROLLS but must be similar in geometry. The manufacture of a composite rolling roll according to the proposed method was carried out as follows. Example, Separately forge the axle and tire models for the composite roll of mill 150-SKMZ. The axis, made of steel 45ХНМ, has a fitting size of 115 mm with a length of 50 1LM, the bandage is made of steel 9X with a diameter of a mounting hole of 120 mm, with an outer diameter of the barrel of 180 mm, including an allowance under the law and a barrel length of 350 mm. After forging, the seating surfaces of the axle and the bandage are thoroughly cleaned from scale, scrapers, metal brushes and compressed air are used. Freely put the battery on the axle and, when assembled, heat up to 950 ° C in a furnace with a protective atmosphere. Then the forgings are placed at a press of 800 tons. In the figured dies, we made gauges with a degree of reduction of 20% along the entire length of the seating surface. To find the optimal value of the degree, investigations were carried out, the results of which are given in the table. . As can be seen from the table, zakov with a degree of reduction of less than 15% is inefficient and leads to accelerated cooling of the metal, which complicates plastic deformation. With the law of degree of reduction from 15 to 25%, the axis is uniformly covered, without formation of tears (cracks) in the fringe of the bandage, i.e. on his tor, tsakh. This is facilitated by the absence of sharp edges at the ends in the fringe of the bandage. With a greater degree of deformation of 30–35%, slight tears up to 3-5 mm long appear at the ends of the forging band, and when they are compressed with 40 or more percent, the longitudinal cracks in the fringe have already reached a length of 6–8 mm. Therefore, a strain rate of 15-25% is preferred. After the quench, the composite roll is subjected to preliminary heat treatment — isothermal roasting — heating to 850 ° C with cooling to 300 ° C, followed by heating from B; holding at 650 ° C and slow cooling from these temperatures to 400 ° C at a rate of 40 / h, then to a speed of 20 / h. After that, mechanical and final heat treatment is performed. Thus, the use of the proposed method of manufacturing rolls reduces the labor intensity and the volume of mechanical processing, since the preliminary mechanical treatment of the seating and other surfaces of the tire and axle is completely eliminated; an increase in the utilization rate of the metal in the manufacture and the axis, since the roller assembly does not require special allowance for intermediate preliminary heat treatment. Special equipment is not required to carry out the assembly, the junction of the bandage with the axle is done using standard forging tools, available heating and pressing equipment.

Видна неравномерность охвата , неплотность сопр жени .A small degree of reduction leads to difficulty of plastic deformation, due to the rapid cooling of the metal of the bandage. One can see the unevenness of coverage, the inconsistency of the conjugation.
No mate failure was detected.
