Description
Изобретение относитс к способам наполнени баллонов на гаэозар дных станци х, осуществл к цих периодическое заполнение баллонов или других емкостей газом высокого давлени , например, кислородом, азотом, воздухом дл водолазов и т.д. Известен способ наполнени баллонов высокого давлени при помощи насосно-аппул торной станции, в котором перед началом регулировани давлени часть баллонов отключаетс , что позвол ет получить требуемое дав ление сливом меньшего количества жид кости из гидроаккумул тора. Применение такого способа работы уменьшает потери энергии в сжатом воздухе за счет уменьшени количества перекачи ваемой регулировочной жидкости 1.. Однако данный способ имеет сравни тельно высокий расход энергии за счет того, что давление воздуха во всех баллонах одинаковое, а именно максимально требуемое, необходимое дл обеспечени всех режимов работы станции. Известен способ наполнени балло нов высокого давлени , вз тый за прототип, заключающийс в том, что в баллоны подают газ под высоким да лением от резервных емкостей, а затем дозаправл ют баллоны от компрессора , т.е. заправку производ т сначала из резервных емкостей 2. После выравнивани давлений в емкост х и баллоне включают компрессор, который продолжает заправку баллона до достижени необходимого давлени . При достижении в баллоне требуемого давлени , компрессор переключают на дозаправку резервных емкостей, после чего компрессор перевод т на холостой ход или останавливают. Применение такого способа существенно сокращает врем наполнени баллона , но такой способ влечет высокий расход энергии из-за дросселировани газа из резервных емкостей в баллон с начальным давлением газа,близким к нулю. Цель изобретени - повышение экономичности путем уменьшени потерь при дросселировании из резервных емкостей в баллон. A known method of filling high pressure cylinders, taken as a prototype, consists in supplying gas to cylinders under high pressure from reserve tanks, and then refilling cylinders from the compressor, i.e. Refueling is first performed from reserve tanks 2. After the pressures in the reservoirs and the cylinder are equalized, the compressor is turned on, which continues to charge the cylinder until the required pressure is reached. The use of such a method significantly shortens the filling time of the cylinder, but this method entails high energy consumption due to gas throttling from the reserve tanks into the cylinder with an initial gas pressure close to zero.
