{54} УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ СООРУЖЕНИЯ ОПУСКНОЙ КРЕПИ ИЗ МОНОЛИТНОГО БЕТОНА Изобретение относитс  к креплению шахтных стволов, в частности к устройствам дл  сооружени  опускной крепи из монолитного бетона, и может исподтьэоватьс  при кредлении устьев и верхней части шахтных стволов в неустойчивых породах и плавунах. Известно устройство дл  возведени  крепи из монолитного бетона,вкл чающее переставную дерев нную опалу ку 1. Недостатком таких устройств  вл етс  вшсока  трудоемкость и зн.а чительные затраты времени на уставо ку и разборку опалубки. Известно также устройство дл  со оружени  крепи, включающее несущую рамную конструкцию, опалубку в виде наружного и внутреннего колец и силовые домкраты, штоки которых иаправлены в пространство между кольцами опалубки f2l. В этом устройстве кольца опалубки передвижные, что требует значительных затрат времени на ее перест новку. Цель изобретени  - снижение тру .доемкости сооружени  опускной крейи Дл  достижени  этой цели наружное кольцо опалубки неподвижно закреплено в форшахте, а внутреннее жестко св зано с несущей рамной конструкцией и установлено на одном уровне с наружным кольцом. На чертеже схематически изображено устройство дл  сооружени  крепи из монолитного бетона. Устройство включает форшахту 1, соединенную со смонтированной над ней несущей рамной конструкцией 2. Внутри форшахты на уровне нулевой отметки установлена опалубка, наружное кольцо 3 которой соединено неподвижно с форшахтой при помощи анкерных болтов 4, а внутреннее кольцо 5стационарно подвешено на т гах 6к несущей рамной конструкции 2, к которой также прикреплены гидроцийиндры 7,предназначенные дл  вьадавливани  образуемого опускного колодца 8 Сооружение крепи из монолитного бетона начинаетс  с возведени  ее в пределах форшахты 1.
