По основному авт. св. № 500805 известен способ автоматического управлени процессом ректификации, путем поддержани соотношени пара и дистилл та с коррекцией по энергетическому состо нию сырь изменением расхода пара и стабилизации состава в колонне изменением расхода диртилл та 1. Однако, суи1ествующий способ не обеспечивает необходимого качества регулировани в динамических режимах, особенно в случае ректификационных колонн с большой инерционностью . Кроме того, сушествуюший способ регулировани характеризуетс недостаточным запасом устойчивости вследствие вли ни регул торов расхода и отбора дистилл та друг на друга. Целью изобретст1и вл етс улучшение качества регулировани в juiHaMH4ecKHX режимах и повышение устойчивости системы регулировани . Эта цель достигаетс тем, что в известном способе автоматического регулировани процесса ректификации расход пара измен ют в зависимости от скорости изменени давлени в верхней части колонны, а расход дистилл та по скорости изменени температуры на контрольной тарелке колонны. На чертеже показана принципиальна схема автоматического управлени ректификационной колонны.
