Description
Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл определени температуры застывани органических веществ и может найти применение в нефтеперерабатывающей промышленности. Известно устройство дл измерени темпера туры застывани жидких продуктов, содержащ Измерительную кювету с трем термодатчиками , расположенными на разных по высоте уровн х, холодильник и регистратор (1 . Недостатками зтого устройства вл ютс низка точность и достоверность определени температуры застывани нефтепродуктов, так как его техническа сущность обуславливает наличие градиента температур по высоте кюве ты при образовании в продукте пространствет ной структуры, т.е. в момент застывани продукта. Наиболее близким к предлагаемому вл ет с устройство дл определени температуры застывани органических веществ, состо щее из сосуда, датчика температуры, регистратора, холодильника и кристаллизатора (инициатора зародыщей кристаллов), выполненных в виде платиновой проволочки, расположенной ниже датчика температуры, один конец которой помещен в сосуд с исследуемым веществом, другой конец выведен наружу 2. В известном устройстве наружный конец платиновой проволочки охлаждаетс короткое врем жидким азотом. Момент охлаждени подбирают практически при достижении охлаждаемым веществом определенной температуры. Такое конструктивное выполнение кристаллизатора не устран ет полностью влени переохлаждени всего объема исследуемого вещества . Проведение анализа на зтом устройстве требует посто нного набдюдени за ходом процесса охлаждени и вмещательства в процесс кристаллизации, что снижает точность и увеличивает врем проведени анализа. Цель изобретети - повышение точности измерени температуры застывани и сокращение времени проведени анализа. In the known device, the outer end of the platinum wire is cooled for a short time with liquid nitrogen. The moment of cooling is selected practically when the cooled substance reaches a certain temperature. Such a constructive implementation of the crystallizer does not completely eliminate the phenomenon of supercooling of the entire volume of the test substance. The analysis on this device requires constant monitoring of the course of the cooling process and its incorporation into the crystallization process, which reduces the accuracy and increases the analysis time.
