Устройство дл  бетонировани  свай-оболочек работает следующим образом.The device for concreting pile shells operates as follows.

В пробуренную скважину устанавливают кондуктор и арматурный каркас, затем подъемным механизмом опускают устройство и удерживают его за иодвеску 1. Центрирование трубы 5 в скважине обеспечивают кондуктор и ограничители, а крут щий момент воспринимаетс  ребрами 16, вход щими в направл ющие кондуктора. После установки и центрировки устройства в скважине через верхнее окно 15 автобетоносмесителем подают пластичную бетонную смесь в трубу 5, наполн   ее доверху. Включают привод 2 с редуктором 3 напорного шнека 7 и вибраторы 12 и укладывают бетонную смесь, наход щуюс  в трубе 5 в пространство между стенками трубы 5 и скважины до расчетной отметки. Затем через верхнее окно 15 подают в трубу 5 материал , заполн ющий полость сваи, например, песок, включают привод напорного шнека 7 и подъемный механизм и укладывают песок под определенным напором в полость сваи до расчетной отметки с одновременным извлечением бетонолитиой трубы 5.A conductor and a reinforcement cage are installed into the drilled well, then the device is lowered with a lifting mechanism and held by the suspension 1.
