Description
Изобретение относитс к технике распылительной сушки и может быть использовано на предпри ти х моЛоч- ной промышленности по получению су кого молока и других молочных про дуктов. Известны центробежные раепьтите ли жидкости, содержащие цилиндрический корпус с равномерно расположенными по его периметру вертикальными пр моугольными сопловыми канал ми, и крышку 11J. Работа известных распылителей ос ществл етс следующим образом. Высушиваема жидкость в процессе распылени при вытекании из pacrftaiлительных каналов во врем вращени диска двигаетс в виде пленки по .ве тикальной стенке канала и сбрасывае с в окружающую среду, распада сь на капли. При распылении жидкостей различных по своей консистенции и в зкост качество распылени не одинаково из-за невозможности регулировани п риметра соплового канала. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение качества распыла путем регулировани дисперсности. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что каналы выполнены с регулируемым сечением посредством установки крышки на сменных прокладках переменной толщины. На фиг. 1 схематично изображен описываемый распылитель; на фиг. 2 сечение А-А фиг. I, на фиг. 3 - распылитель в аксонометрии. Центробежный распылитель содержит цилиндрический .корпус 1 с равномерно расположенными по его периметру вертикальными пр моугольными каналами 2,крышку 3, выполненную в виде кожуха, установленную на корпусе 1 на сменной прокладке 4 при помощи винтов 5. Корпус 1 укреплен на валу б, приводимом во вращение приводом (на чертежах не показан). Распылитель работает следующим образом. При вращении распылител высушиваема жидкость, например,молоко, перемещаетс тонкой пленкой по вертикальной стенке пр моугольного канала 2 и сбрасываетс в окружающую среду, распада сь на капли. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the spray by adjusting the dispersion. The goal is achieved by the fact that the channels are made with an adjustable cross section by installing the cover on removable gaskets of varying thickness. The centrifugal atomizer contains a cylindrical body 1 with vertical rectangular channels 2 evenly spaced around its perimeter, a cover 3, made in the form of a casing, mounted on the housing 1 on the replacement gasket 4 with screws 5. drive (not shown).
