Description
Изобретение относитс к индукционному наг-реву заготовок перед обработкой металлов давлением. Известна установка дл индукционного нагрева, содержаща И1щуктор, направл ю щие которого в концевой зоне выполнены в виде тупого угла, благодар чему выгрузка заготовок после нагрева осуществл етс по наклонному лотку, после че го они подаютс в зону последующих их обработки ll Отсутствие условий ориентации загото вок при выгрузке приводит к усложнению механизмов передачи заготовок в зону последующей их обработки... Известна также установка, механизм выгрузки которой содержит захват и собачку , укрепленные на плите, и копир, установленный у разгрузочного окна индуктора на толкателе дл поворота плиты при взаимодействии с собачкой и рычагами захвата{2 Целью изобретени вл етс уменьшение потерь тепла заготовки при передаче на другую операцию. Это достигаетс тем, что в известной установке дл индукционного нагрева заготовок , содержащей индуктор с направл ющими , механизмы загрузки и выгрузки, направл ющие выполнены ступенчатыми в концевой зоне индуктора, а механизм выгрузки устано&лен со стороны загрузки заготовок, толкатель которого установлен под направл ющими. На фиг. 1 схематически изображена установка дл индукционного нагрева заготовок; на фиг 2 - разрез А-А на фиг. 1. Установка состоит из магазина 1 с заготовками 2, механизма загрузки 3, заталкивающего их на направл ющие 4, по которым они псремещаютс через индуктор 5. В конд-мюй зоне индуктора направл ющие 4 выполнены в виде ступени.
