Description

The invention relates to compositions for producing a heat insulating material based on liquid glass, used for arranging heat-shielding coatings of pipelines with heat carriers on atomic and thermal power plants. A known composition for the manufacture of heat insulation, including, by weight,%: water glass 45-50, ground quartz sand 43.5–53.0, sodium silicofluoride 1–5, intumescent 0.05-O, 5 and lime-fluff 0.55–1.0 W. In aluminum, aluminum is used as intumescent powder The effect of heaving increases with lime-puchonki. Therefore, such a composition swells up immediately, which does not allow to obtain a monolithic thermal insulation coating, for example, directly on the pipelines, at the place of their installation or when replacing their thermal insulation without additional reinforcement: t of the foam to the foam mass. The strength of this thermal insulation under compression is 11.0 kg / cm. The purpose of the invention is to provide foaming of the composition directly on the thermally insulated surface and to obtain monolithic thermal insulation with a daily strength of 9.2.2 MPa. This is achieved by the composition for obtaining thermal insulation including liquid glass, ground sand, sodium silicate and foaming agent, contains polyethylene organosilicone as a foaming agent in the following ratio of components, vos.ch: 1 identical glass-1bO ground sand 0.01-43 Sodium fluorofluoride 1O-4O Polyethylamine silicone5-25 Prim ep 1.B1: 00 g of liquid glass is injected with 0.01 g of ground sand, the mixture is stirred, 15 g of polyethylamine and silon are added to it and
