Известна композици дл изготоы1ени строительного материала, содержаща в жущее , ааполнитетш и воду, причет в качестве в жущего применена известь, а в качестве заполнител смесь песка и гшапт jll. Недостатком такой композишш авп втс значительна объет на масс iTpH :тсТд,ой прочности на сжатие (при объе-лной r.-iacce пор дка 2ООО кг/см прочность составл ет 15О кг/см). Известна композици дл изготовлени теплоизол ционного материала, содержаща минеральное волокно, гранулы пенополистирола и св зующее - гидратированный нефелиновый шлам н растворимое стекло. Материал, полученный из этой композиции , имеет небольшую объемную массу ЗОО-50О кг/м и прочность при сжатии до 25 кгс/см 2. Сйнако эта композици вл етс многокомпонентной и включает комплексное св зующее, что усложн ет технологию изготовлени , при этом прочность палучш1ного материала недостаточна. Наиболее близкой по технической сущности и достигаемому эффекту к изобретению вл етс композици дл теплоизол ционного материала, содержаща заполнитель - минеральное волокно, щелочь и воду з. Однако материал, полученный из этой композиции при малой объемной массе обладает низкой прочностью 0 ,3-3,5 МПа. Цель изо етени - повьщ(ение прочности .
