Description
(54) ELECTRIC GLASS FURNACE
I .. I .. I The invention relates to the building materials industry, in particular, to electric glass melting furnaces. Known electric glass furnace Furnace containing a charge loader, electrodes and devices for adjusting the rod fl. However, this furnace does not provide high quality glass mass. The closest technical solution to the Invention is an electric glass furnace, containing a loader, electrodes, a voltage regulating unit, a mixer 2. The introduction of the agitator blades under the charge layer in the furnace does not provide the optimum temperature under the charge layer, which reduces the quality glass melt. The purpose of the invention is to increase the quality of glass mass by stabilizing the cooking mode. This is achieved by the fact that, in an electric glass melting furnace containing a loader, electrodes, a control unit, a voltage, a mixer, an additional sensor of resistance moment is introduced on the shaft of the mixer, the output of which is connected to the voltage control unit. The mixer is equipped with a tube mounted coaxially with its shaft. The drawing shows a diagram of an electric glass-making furnace. An electric glass furnace includes. Electrodes 1, a shaft loader 2, a tube 3 made of refractory material and equipped with a drive 4, a stirrer 5 with a drive 6, the blades of which are in the zone of the expected cooking limit, a resistance sensor 7 on the shaft of the stirrer, made for example, in the form of a current sensor, unit 8 for regulating voltage. The charge charged to the electric glass melter furnace by the loader 2 is melted due to the heat transferred from the glass melt when current is passed through the electrodes I. In case of violation
С увеличением напр жени возрастает ток через стекломассу, и к шихте передаетс больше тепла, так что граница варки смещаетс вверх.the cooking process due to the change is powerful-. These electric heating, productivity, charge mixture, etc., the melt-charge boundary is displaced by the depth of the furnace, which leads to a change in the physical xapak-range of the medium in which the blades of the agitator rotate 5. For example, when the cooking edge is displaced down to the edges The mixer penetrates Leak, from the melt with high humidity, which leads to an increase in the moment of power failure and on the shaft of the mixer and, consequently, the drive current 6. As a result, the signal from the current sensor exceeds the specified value, and unit 8 increases the voltage Trodes 1. With an increase in voltage, the current through the glass melt increases, and more heat is transferred to the charge, so that the cooking edge shifts up.
The presence of a movable refractory tube 3 with a drive 4, which is installed with a shaft of a mixer and: rotates in the same direction as the mixer, ensures a higher sensitivity of the current sensor 7 to the mixing of the cooking boundary. In this case, changes in the physical characteristics of the charge affect the value the moment of resistance on the shaft of the agitator, which depends only on the physical characteristics of the melt layer under the charge in the zone of rotation of the mecigus blade, i.e. depends on the offset of the boiling point. The presence of tube 3, partly due to melting, also provides a positive effect. Thanks to the use of the tube, the stirred layers of the melt under the layer iDHXtbf, ya ": yyyyen 11yy11yzyrk: s, communicate through it with the atmosphere of the furnace. This leads to faster removal of bubbles from melt 1 and texem.

к Плите, кроме того, ускор етс процесс осветлени .to the Slab, in addition, the clarification process is accelerated.
Thus, in an electric glass furnace, stability of the cooking mode is ensured, which improves the quality of the glass melt, and the supply of heat from the electrical heating to the charge in accordance with the cooking mode (by shifting its boundary) reduces the overhead power consumption.
Technical proposals have been developed for the design of an electric furnace for boiling lead sfusal, which is planned to be introduced at the factories of high-grade utensils. The economic effect of outnum; and one furnace will be 20-30 thousand.
