(54) BACKGROUND CONNECTION
The invention relates to the field of engineering. A connection is known that contains a sleeve, encompasses a shaft with a gap and an elastic element pressed by a nut and placed in the gap, while the shaft and the sleeve have a corrugated surface 1. This device cannot serve as a Safety Link because the elastic element collapses when the sleeve is rotated relative to the shaft. It is also known to be a keyless joint containing a sleeve, which surrounds the shaft with a gap and an elastic element that is placed in the gap and pressed by the nut 2. This device is closest to the described invention by its technical essence and the achieved result. However, when using this joint as a safety link, the elastic element wears from rubbing against the surface of the shaft and sleeve. The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life of the elastic element. This is achieved by the fact that the connection is provided with a ring with TORTSOV 1 and protrusions mounted on the shaft, and the sleeve is made with similar protrusions: in contact with the protrusions of the cola. FIG. 1 depicts a keyless connection in the working position, axial section; in fig. 2 - the same, in the off position. The connection contains an elastic element 1 placed in the gap between the shaft 2 and the sleeve 3. The elastic element is pressed through the ring 4 by a nut 5 mounted on the thread 6 of the shaft 2. Between the ledge 7 of the shaft 2 and the end 8 of the sleeve 3 a ring 9 is installed, which is on the end of the depression 10 and protrusions 11. Similar protrusions 12 and valleys 13 are located at the end of the sleeve. The connection works as follows. In the working position, the end protrusions of the sleeve are in contact with the protrusions of the ring, and the elastic element 1 is squeezed by the nut 5 through the ring. A normal pressure is created between the shaft, the bush and the elastic element, and the connection j transmits the torque by means of type I friction. If you exceed the allowed
