(54) REINFORCED CONCRETE ELEMENT
1one
п.The invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in structures such as beams, slabs, piles, etc.
A reinforced concrete element is known, the longitudinal reinforcement of which is rigidly bonded to the concrete throughout its length 1 J. The forces applied to the reinforcement are conveyed by concrete through the forces of adhesion between the reinforcement and the concrete.
The closest technical solution to the invention is a reinforced concrete element comprising a concrete body, longitudinal reinforcement and clamps 2. The forces on the reinforcement are conveyed by concrete through the adhesion forces of the reinforcement and concrete.
However, the cracking of the longitudinal reinforcement and concrete is broken during cracking, and the stretched zone of concrete has the following disadvantages:
пониженную трещиностойкость вслед твие нарушени структуры бетона, на-reduced crack resistance due to violation of the concrete structure,
рушени сцеплени арматуры с бетоном и недонапр жени арматуры;coupling the reinforcement to the concrete and underpressure reinforcement;
пониженную жесткость вследствие нарушени сцеплени арматуры бетона раст нутой зоны;reduced stiffness due to the failure to bond the reinforcement of the concrete in the stretched zone;
пониженную долговечность вследст- зие образовани трещин, наличи остаточных деформаций, по вл ющихс после приложени нагрузок, вызвавших трещине- образование, арматура остаетс незащищенной от коррозии и пониженную прочность вследствие частичного выключени из работы бетона раст нутой зоны (нарушение структуры сцеплени с арматурой).reduced durability due to the formation of cracks, the presence of residual deformations occurring after the application of loads that caused the crack formation, the reinforcement remains unprotected from corrosion and the reduced strength due to partial deactivation of the stretched zone from the work (violation of the structure of the reinforcement).
The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength, stiffness, cracking resistance and durability of a concrete element.
142-146.This is achieved by the fact that the reinforced concrete element, which includes the concrete body, the longitudinal reinforcement and the clamps, is provided with a protective coating and a transverse reinforcement, between which the longitudinal reinforcement is fixed, sewn- .69 but the coating is applied in the areas between the transverse reinforcement. FIG. 1 shows the proposed reinforced concrete element, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 is the same; the cross-section A-A in FIG. 1. The reinforced concrete element includes the concrete body 1, the longitudinal reinforcement 2, the transverse reinforcement 3. A protective coating is applied to the longitudinal reinforcement 4, which can be multi-layered. Clamps 5 are installed in the reinforced concrete element. The reinforced concrete element works as follows. Concrete 2 and longitudinal reinforcement 3 between the anchoring transverse reinforcement 4 work independently of each other, the deformations of the longitudinal reinforcement and the process of cracking in the concrete do not interfere. Before and after cracking, there is no disruption of the structure of the concrete due to the deformation of the longitudinal reinforcement. The forces on the longitudinal reinforcement are transmitted discretely through transverse reinforcement, which is engaged with the concrete and works in compression, and the concrete in this area works in compression. The compatibility of deformations in the proposed reinforced concrete structure is not disturbed before and after the process of cracking in concrete. It is provided within the schaga transverse reinforcement. down to destruction. Until the appearance of cracks, concrete works as a flattened body with undisturbed structure 54 rounds. He redistributes forces in his environment, regardless of the deformations of the longitudinal reinforcement. Thereby, the tensile strength and ultimate tensile strength of concrete are increased compared with conventional reinforced concrete, in which the concrete structure is disrupted in the area adjacent to the longitudinal reinforcement at the time of cracking. Comparative tests of the reinforced concrete element have shown that this structure has increased crack resistance, rigidity and strength, as well as greater durability and a better appearance, characterized by the absence of residual sagging after the removal of the temporary load that caused the cracking. Claims of the invention Reinforced concrete element comprising a concrete body, longitudinal reinforcement and clamps, characterized in that, in order to increase strength, rigidity, crack resistance and durability, the reinforced concrete element is provided with a protective coating and transverse reinforcement, between which the longitudinal reinforcement is fixed, the protective coating of which applied in the areas between the transverse reinforcement.
