Устройство имеет цилиндрический корпус 1 с боковой стенкой 2 и торцовыми стенками 3 и 4. В центральной части корпуса 1 расположена стенка 5, котора  установлена радиалъно и при ушкает к боковой стенке 2 и торцовым стенкам 3 и 4. Стенка 5 насажена на вал, который состоит из двух концентрично расположенных труб 6 и 7. Наружна  труба 6 установлена в подшипниках 8 в стенках 3 и 4. Труба 6 проходит через стенку 3, , снабжена приводным колесом 9 и через стенку 4 соедин етс  с наружной трубой 10 при помощи скольз щей муфты 11., Труба 7 соединена с трубой 12 аналогичной скольз щей муфтой.13. Стенка 5 выполнена гофрированной с чередующимис  каналами 14 и ребрами 15, которые расположены от периферии до вгша. На одной стороне стенки 5 имеютс  отверсти  16, сообщающиес  с трубой 6,.которые соедин ютс  с каналами 14. Рассто ние между трубами 6 и 7 закрыто радиальной стенкой 17.
