Недостаток подобных способов состоит в неустойчивости режима разр да. В описываемом способе обрабатываемые газы ввод т в зону разр да в направлении перпендикул рном оси соленоида.Methods are known for conducting chemical gas reactions in an electrodeless discharge based on the use of a pipe as a reactor. Цилиндр 1 выполнен из газонепроницаемого жаростойкого диэлектрика , например из плавленого кварца, цилиндр 2 - из пористого жаростойкого диэлектрика, например из спеченной окиси алюмини . Реакци  проводитс  внутри цилиндра 2 в области 3. Цилиндр 1 окружен индуктором (соленоидом) 4.
